"Britta was absolutely wonderful! She took care of our cat Basjan for two weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "Very happy to have found Insiya for a last minute cat sitting at our home. Insiya was great to communicate with, asked questions to get to know our cats and their needs, and kept us updated throughout. Most importantly the two cats clearly were fond of her, cuddling up and clearly relaxed when we got back. One of our cats needs daily oral medicine which Insiya applied as well. "Daua stayed in our home while we were on vacation and took care of our two dogs and our cat, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, she was responsible, communicative, and thoughtful. She took the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and little quirks. Our two dogs can be a handful at times, and our cat definitely has her own opinions, but Daua handled everything with patience and genuine care.
While living in our house, she treated it with complete respect. We came back to a clean, tidy home that looked just as we left it (if not better). It gave us so much peace of mind knowing someone trustworthy was staying there and keeping everything running smoothly.
Most importantly, our pets were happy and relaxed when we returned. That says everything. It was clear they felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time. Daua kept us updated with messages and photos, which made it much easier to fully enjoy our vacation without worrying.
We would absolutely recommend Daua to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and responsible pet sitter. We’d be more than happy to have her stay with our pets again in the future❤️"
