Ekin is a wonderful cat sitter. One of our cats is very shy and sensitive. Ekin took wonderful care of both our cats and our shy one opened up very quickly to her. She made sure that both the cats are well fed and that our other cat doesn’t steal the food of the shy one. Ekin is really nice in her communication and I liked it that she was always on time for the sitting. On days she was a bit late, she communicated to us beforehand. She is very kind and open in her heart. Even though our cats are indoor cats, they do go to the backyard sometimes to get some fresh air. Ekin, on our request, seeing that the cats wanted to go out, took them outside very intelligently and brought them back in safely. I would recommend her definitely! I could enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats were in safe hands!

She took the time to understand my cat’s routine, personality, and needs, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and little notes about how things were going — it made such a difference knowing my cat was happy and well cared for. When I came home, everything was clean, my cat was relaxed, and it was obvious she had been given lots of attention and care. Hiromi truly goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she genuinely loves animals. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter!
