Back there me and my husband had a beagle named Dembe who we watched growing up from a little puppy, as we grew up with him. Those were a wonderful couple of years of teaching, playing and loving him. When we moved here we decided it's the best thing for him to stay with the family there as moving to a new country brings a lot of challenges. I miss him all the time in here and I have so much love to give, so I wanted to make time for some petsitting gigs. I am a big-time animal lover, caring, loving and dedicated. About me and my experience: 
I came to The Netherlands in 2012 to study at first and now I’m still here, working in Rotterdam, live here for the past 12 years (wow time flies!). I have had a dog all my life in my parents house, german shepherds, german pointer (Kurtzhaar), english pointer. And now I have taken a dog of my own- a shih-tzu️ she is a wonderful companion and is the best dog-baby I could wish for 

Taking good care of your dog-baby:
It's me, my husband and my dog living in an apartment in the centre of Rotterdam. We have a balcony, but since it is very windy we do not take out pets there. My husband and I are working hybrid so on days when I am not home he is home, never a point in time when Nala and your dog would be alone. Nala (my shih-tzu) is not playing with other dogs, she thinks they are there just to sniff. So she will only approach your dog out of curiosity. Let me know all the routines, preferences and medicine your dog needs to administer, happy to follow them all. I will be able to administer oral medication. Mind that I only take in small-medium sized dogs that are not aggressive towards other dogs, since there is always one dog in house - Nala :) 
In case you want I can also train some tricks to your dog, simple but necessary "come, sit, lie, etc.". I train with treats so please bring all the food, treats, bed and everything necessary for your dog.

Hello pet owners! My name is Aishwarya, Ash for short. I'm a 28 year-old Psychology student doing an internship at Erasmus University. I've yet to learn Dutch but I am fluent in English. I've been fostering animals since I was 17. Ive taken care of over 50 cats and/or dogs so far in the UAE, India, the Netherlands and Belgium. They have been either stray animals that I would foster until they got adopted or someone else's pets that I would look after. Fostering has taught me how to take care of animals of varying breeds and sizes. I have taken care of kittens/puppies as well as 17 year old cats or 15 year old dogs. As for my pet services, I can walk them, bathe them, administer medicines (oral, skin applicants, or eye drops). In case of housesitting, my charges may vary depending on the requirements of the job. I also enjoy taking pictures of them, so I could spam you with cute pet portraits (if you'd like). So if you'd like to go on vacation or have work that ends with your furry one being left behind, you can trust that they'll be safe and happy with me! P.S. I am only available to petsit near my place in Rotterdam. I had many pets when I was back home, but unfortunately I haven't had any pets since I moved here 3 years ago. I'm an animal lover and I'd love to take care of your pet. I'd prefer to go to your place to take care of your pet but if needed my apartment if also welcomed for pets. 
I am flexible with the amount of dog I walk and the distance or frequency of it. I would mostly be available during the weekend, and on the weekday depends on the school schedule. I sometimes don't have many classes so it's also possible that I'm free the whole day. 
I am now studying my masters in innovation management at Erasmus University Rotterdam and have lots of free time outside of school. I'm excited to meet your pets, whether it is walking your dog or spending quality time with your cats. Hallo, ik ben Angelique en ben 47 jaar oud. Ik woon in Rhoon (Portland) samen met mijn kat Charlie en hamster Robin.
Het lijkt me erg leuk om als dierenoppas aan de slag te gaan voor katten en knaagdieren. Ik heb jaren als vrijwilligster gewerkt in het dierenasiel op de katten afdeling, waardoor ik veel ervaring heb opgedaan. Elke kat heeft zijn eigen karakter en laat ik daardoor in zijn waarde door me daaraan aan te passen. Angstige katten benader ik bijvoorbeeld heel voorzichtig en laat hun zelf bepalen of ze aandacht willen en in welk tempo. Drukke katten kunnen zich uitleven bij me door lekker te spelen en aandacht te krijgen. Ook heb ik vanaf jonge leeftijd ervaring met eigen huisdieren zoals katten, konijnen en hamsters.
Ik ben beschikbaar op middagen en avonden. Dan geef ik de oppasdieren elke dag eten, schoon water, houd ik de kattenbak/knaagdierenkooi schoon, ruim ik ongelukjes op en knuffel en speel ik met de dieren als ze daar zelf behoefte aan hebben. De tijd die ik eraan besteed zal gemiddeld een kwartier tot half uur per dag zijn.
Ook heb ik ervaring met het toedienen van medicatie en het tanden poetsen bij katten.
Omdat mijn eigen kat Charlie niet van andere katten houdt, kom ik graag bij de oppaskatten zelf thuis om ze dagelijks te verzorgen. Knaagdieren kunnen eventueel wel bij mij thuis logeren. Ik heb een extra kamer met genoeg plek voor een ruime kooi en wat beweegruimte (zie foto galerij). Maar het is uiteraard ook mogelijk om ze dagelijks in hun eigen huis te verzorgen.
Verder bied ik er de service bij aan voor kleine klusjes zoals de planten water geven, de brievenbus legen en bij een lange oppas periode wil ik eventueel ook stofzuigen.
Na onderling goede afspraken te hebben gemaakt over de oppas periode, houd ik de baasjes tijdens de vakantie graag op de hoogte door bijvoorbeeld af en toe een foto te sturen, zodat ze een onbezorgde vakantie kunnen hebben.&nbsp;

I used to take care of my grandmother's cat back in Japan. She was both an outdoor and indoor cat, patient, and very calm and I loved hanging out with her! Unfortunately she passed away recently and I have been missing her company so since coming to The Netherlands, I have been petsitting :))
I’m not allowed pets in my current living situation and I have a flexible time schedule for studies, so this is the perfect opportunity to take a break and relax in between! My services include feeding, pets and cuddles, cleaning, multiple house visits a day, letting outdoor pets out and waiting for them to come back, and even long term requests. I absolutely love dogs - I had a King Charles Spaniel for 10 years, now that I work from home a lot I think it would be nice to have dogs at home again, but having my own dog is just too much for me. That's why I like to look after your dog! I live right next to Het Park (Rotterdam) and aim for 10,000 steps every day - and walking is way more fun together with a furry dog friend! Hi ik ben Britt en ik woon samen met mijn vriend Simon in Delft. Ik werk als duurzaamheidsconsultant in den Haag en zou graag samen met een viervoeter de natuur beter verkennen in de buurt. Van kleins af aan hadden we al een hond in de familie en houd ik van de reuring en gezelligheid. Ook hadden we vroeger al veel dieren zoals pony's, konijnen, kippen, een hond en soms een lieve kat die langsliep.&nbsp;Mijn vriend (Simon) en ik houden erg van reizen, wat voor nu ook de reden was om zelf geen hond te hebben. Maar we vinden het wel leuk om op een hond te passen als we tijd hebben! We werken allebei deels op kantoor en deels thuis. Mochten we op uw hondje passen dan werkt een van ons uiteraard thuis. We kunnen dan een paar keer per dag de hond uitlaten in de buurt van Delftse hout en Delft centrum. We wonen vlakbij de campus dus een lekker rustige buurt en niet in het centrum.&nbsp;
Mocht u kennis willen maken en samen een wandeling willen doen om te kijken of er een match is, stuur mij vooral een berichtje en dan kom ik graag in contact. Ik ben met name ervaren met kleine tot middelgrote honden die goed luisteren en aan de lijn mee kunnen lopen. Ook hebben we geen tuin dus moet uw hond wel zindelijk zijn en gewoon heel lief (maar dat zijn ze allemaal ;)). Medicatie geven kan als dit zonder injectie is en mocht de hond heel erg vies worden kunnen we hem in onze grote inloopdouche even afspoelen, maar dit zal waarschijnlijk niet nodig zijn als we geen wateravonturen beleven. Denkt u dat we een goede match zijn, hoor ik het graag en wie weet tot snel!&nbsp;
