"This was my first experience with Pawshake. From the start, Lisa was super responsive. She’s very quick and clear in her communication. She gave me a great feeling right away and she fully lived up to that.
She’s thoughtful, reliable, and clearly committed to making the experience as comfortable as possible for the animal. While I was away, I received regular updates with photos at the times we had agreed on. That level of communication wasn’t necessary, but the fact that Lisa did it so willingly gave me complete peace of mind. I never once worried about my cat, knowing she was in such good hands. On top of that, Lisa is just a genuinely kind and warm person, which made the whole experience even more reassuring.
In the end, I guess that’s exactly what this platform is meant to offer: trust, care, and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely reach out to Lisa again next time I need a pet sitter! 10/10 would recommend!

"EXCELLENT! This was the 1st time we had to leave the keys of our house and the care of our cat to a stranger so we were a bit worried. When we met Victoria and saw her with our cat we immediately felt good. She took great care of our cat, played cuddled etc as we asked for.
