Hi there! My name is Nina, I am from South Africa and I am a second year student at Maastricht University. I am an avid animal lover and one of the things I miss most about home are my three dogs that I grew up with. I loved taking them for walks and cuddling with them, and would love to do that again while I'm here in the Netherlands. I did alot of volunteering at 'Bunny hop haven' in Johannesburg during my highschool years where I would help care for the animals there (mostly bunnies, but animals like guinea pigs and goats as well). I am also a very active person so I would love to go for lots of walks. I used to pet sit for friends and family back home, but have never had a professional job doing so. I hope that I can share my love of animals and make caring for your animal easier because I really believe that pets make such a wonderful addition to life and that they should be looked after in the best possible way they can. I am also fluent in English, German, and Afrikaans. Due to my Afrikaans and German I can read about 90% of dutch and have a basic level of understanding the spoken language too.
