Hi everyone, my name is Lilian (24-years old) and I study Creative Business at the Hogeschool Utrecht. I am originally from Vienna, Austria and have just moved here in January.

My favourite thing to do here is exploring the city through long walks, and it would be even better if I could take your dog with me on my little trips! My favourite park so far is the one around Kromme Rijn, but there are so many more I haven’t seen yet! I have already done my research on the dog-handling customs here, and would be excited to learn more dutch by practicing the dutch dog commands ;)

I do think that even with animals there can be such a thing as a match, so I would want to make sure at a first meeting that all three parties involved are really comfortable with each other, so we can all make use of this service in the best quality possible! High quality for me is: learning as much as I can about your pet so can give them the same care they are used to from you, being a reliable contact person (communication is key) and adapting to your specific needs for your pet. I am open to meet and care for many different dogs, but I do see the benefits of quality over quantity, so I would be happy to see your dog regularly :)

About me: I have grown up with animals around me, cats at my grandparents place, and a lovely cocker spaniel at my other grandmas place. The first time I experienced the joy of actually taking on responsibility and care for a dog was during my high school exchange in Canada – I started taking the (normally garden-bound) labrador Jersey on long stretched walks, because my host family sadly wouldn’t. Recently, I lived with Toni, the mini poodle of my roommate, and co-cared for her for 1.5 years. Living with Toni made me realize I also want to have a dog on my own in the near future, hopefully once I am back in Vienna :) In the meantime I am looking forward to befriend your dog and provide them the best care possible!
