I'm a confirmed cat lover currently living with a rather clingy, sometimes volatile, but totally adorable Ragdoll called Max.

I've lived with and cared for various cats most of my adult life, including sick ones, and so I know different temperaments require different approaches.

When looking after your cat I will do all the usual tasks- feeding, litter, clearing up sick etc. I will ensure each visit is as much of a mix your cat is happy to engage in- cuddles (my personal favourite), strokes, play, brushing. I will also send a message after each visit letting you know how we are getting on with photos and videos.  

In terms of my own set up I recently chose early retirement from the NHS as a senior manager in public health leading on a public health approach to climate and sustainability. I also have a private practice as a work/life coach. I do the cat sitting purely for the love of cats! 

I'm a big believer that what you put in you get out with cats. Where wanted by your cat I will give chin or ear rubs and other cuddles as well as stimulating play if they are in the mood. Of course I will do the necessary litter changes, food and water, sick clean up and if an outdoor cat any removal of remains brought in......!

I have a bit of a thing for house plants (40 at last count....) and so I am more than happy to look after any plants for extended sitting. Also happy to discuss any small chores, dependant on the time needed to prioritise cat care.

I work from home most days of the week for my coaching practice and so do cat sitting visits before and after work during the week. At weekends I am flexible.
