I’m Hugo , an experienced pet sitter who loves caring for both kitties 🐈 and doggos 🐕. Whether your pet is shy and prefers quiet companionship, or full of energy and in need of longer walks, playtime or even a run, I adapt to their needs so they always feel safe and happy.

My services include:
• Daily home visits (1 or 2 per day) – feeding, cuddles, playtime, litter or garden clean-up, and medication if needed.
• Dog walks – available in the afternoons after my full-time job, tailored from gentle strolls to energetic jogs.
• House sitting – keeping your pets company overnight and caring for your home.
• Tailored care – visits and routines designed around your pet’s specific needs.

I grew up in South Africa surrounded by dogs of all shapes and sizes, from Yorkies to German Shepherds, and I often looked after friends’ cats as well. This background taught me how to handle different temperaments and provide the right balance of attention and care.

For me, pet sitting is a way to connect with animals, build trust with pet parents, and make sure your furry family member feels comfortable while you’re away. I always take the time to read each pet’s signals and adjust my approach to suit their personality.

Communication is just as important as care. You can expect regular updates and photos after each visit, so you know exactly how your pet is doing. I believe this brings peace of mind and helps build a trusting relationship.

I’m based in Voorburg, have my own car, and always arrange a free meet & greet to discuss routines, quirks and special needs. I have a full-time job and can provide my services early in the morning or in the afternoons after work. My wife works from home and can assist in emergencies, so your pet is never without care.
