I am a doctor and PhD researcher from South Africa, currently living in Leiden with my fiancé, and I deeply miss the companionship of my pets back home. Having grown up with both dogs and cats, animals have always been an important part of my life. In South Africa, I gained experience caring for pets of friends and family, which deepened my love for them. Both my fiancé and I are passionate about pet sitting, and we take great joy in looking after other people's pets, ensuring they receive the love, attention, and exercise they deserve. We are dedicated to creating a safe and caring environment for your furry family members while you are away.

I am available on weekends and offer flexible home visits during the week. In the mornings, I can stay for 1 hour, during which I’ll care for your furry friend, take them for a walk, feed them, water your plants, and bring in your mail. In the afternoons, I can adjust my visit duration to your pet’s needs. On weekends, I’m free all day and can provide extended care. My fiancé works from home and can help provide your pets with extended care in the week if need be.

I also offer dog walking, with the duration and pace tailored to your dog’s needs—whether it’s a relaxed stroll or a run. I’m happy to take them to a nearby park for playtime.

My fiancé and I live in the center of Leiden, in a spacious apartment with many surrounding parks (Plantsoen, van der werffpark, singelpark, leidse hout).

Offering my services as a pet sitter allows me to provide your pets with the same level of care and commitment that I give my own, making sure they feel happy, secure, and well cared for.
