A home visit includes cleaning the litter box, refreshing the water, refilling the food, and giving your cat some attention and playtime. Each visit lasts at least 35 minutes.

I can send you photos or videos—totally up to you.

I’ll come by beforehand to pick up the key and meet you and your cat(s). I’d kindly ask that you arrange a way for me to leave the key after the service. Otherwise, we can agree in advance on a time and place to return it to you.

About me

I’m originally from Mexico, but I’ve been living abroad for the past ten years. I lived in Turkey for three years, and that’s where I truly fell in love with cats. They were everywhere, and I was touched by how much Turkish people care for them (have you seen the documentary Kedi?).

I started catsitting when my Turkish neighbor asked me to take care of her cat—it was a delightful experience. He eventually became my roommate for eight years.

Later, in DC, I catsat for a colleague whenever she went on holiday. She has two lovely cats: one very friendly and the other a bit more… selective—but eventually even he warmed up to me (he licked me!). So yes, I’m very aware that every cat is different—and I love them all.

I’m also the kind of person who will stop in the street every single time I see a cat… even if Amsterdam cats tend to ignore me.
