My name is Zain, and I am 24 year-old college student with a passion for animals but more specifically for dogs and cats! Before moving to college, I had a 2 year old German Shepherd called Cooper and an 8 year old cat called Leen that i miss a lot. I would love to have my own dog and cat here but student housing is very restricting so this is my way of getting to spend some time with pets! I have dedicated most of my free time to working in the local shelter in Amsterdam where I help with their animals under the guidance of experienced dog behavioural specialists. I have exprience dealing with a wide range of dog breeds, ranging from American Akitas to Staffords, German Shephards, Border Collies, Dachshunds, Dalmatians and crossbreeds!When it comes to taking care of your pets, I adapt well to the services required of me. Before babysitting or walking your dogs I would like to know how they’re usually walked, how they like to play, their energy level and whatever you think is basic information needed for me to properly care for them. That way, their routines aren’t broken and they have a good time, regardless if they prefer to sit at home, go for short walks or want to run around and play! The services I provide are Dog Walking, Home visits and House sitting. As I am a full-time student, I am available to provide these services early mornings or in the evenings.For dog walks, an average walk would be around 1 hour. Depending on the dog's energy levels and the owner's expectations, the walks can range from 1 hour to 2 hours (for energetic and active dogs). Additionally, by request, focus/obedience training can be practiced with the dog! For house vists, the average time I will spend is around at least 30 minutes to a maximum of an 1 hour and 30 mins. This is to ensure all pets and related chores are taken care (cleaning litter trays, taking the dogs potty, cleaning after dogs,..etc).
