Hi! My name is Alex and I am a cat lover. Until recently, I had 2 cats that came with me from abroad, Charly and Pixel. Unfortunately, Charly passed away at the age of 16 which left me sad but contained that he had fulfilled his mission in this world being our loved pet. I now live only with Pixel, a half siamese who is 14 years old. Many years living with cats have me a broad experience in this field. So I'm pretty much an expert of cat's behaviour and know exactly how they like to play, cuddle and/or hunt. It will be a pleasure to look after your little tigers while you are away!

My motivation to look after your cats is simple: i love spending time with animals, especially cats, as i see them as very intelligent animals that many humans should learn from. Playing, sleeping or eating, no matter what they do, they are real zen masters and this what fascinates me. I am a writer and for years now I have been researching cats' behaviour, mostly analysing my own cats and also cats of my clients on Pawshake and this, gave me a huge insight and lots of expertise, which I believe is a great achievement, not mentioning, the daily inspiration for my writing.

I believe in the Pawshake ideology, as nothing could be better as to find a trustworthy person to look after your pet while you are away. And what could be perfect as to be both a client of the service and a pet sitter at the same time? Pawshake is a great company and it totally fits my own ideological concepts about taking care of animals with love and respect.

I live in Haarlem Noord with my husband, two kids and Pixel and have a very flexible schedule.
