I am Chaithra (Chai) and am from India. Arya is our dog, a golden retriever. She is a very friendly dog and loves to cuddle, chase balls & swim.

Growing up, I had a dog and a cat. I live with my partner who is also an ardent animal lover. I only take one pet along with Arya, so that I can give good attention to your pet.

Being a pet owner myself, I understand the anxiety of pet parents who need care takers for their pets when most needed. To know that they will be safe, comfortable and in a home environment while pet parents are away. I always rely on pawshake pet sitters for Arya.

Pet sitting for me is an oppurtunity to meet so many of them!

We live in a row house, which has a nice garden. All side fenced lawn just right for pets to play around. Our home is only 10 minutes driving distance from Amsterdamse Bos and 15 minutes away from ouderkerkerplaas and is amazing for dogs if the love swimming. In front of our house there is also a dog walking path for short walks.

I do take care of cats. For cats, if they prefer their own space, we always have spare floor upstairs where your cat can nap in peace without anyone disturbing. Our Arya is friendly with cats as well!

Would be happy to host your pets in our home for day care or overnight stay. I speak Dutch too, if that is comfortable for you.
