🐾 Greetings to all pet parents!

My name is Natasha and I am super excited to meet some of you and your furry companions!

My Background

I’ve always loved animals, and while I dreamed of having a dog (and at one point, even a horse!), life had other plans, and I grew up with a grumpy yet adorable family cat. This only fueled my passion for being around animals.

I was an active member and volunteer in the regional sled dog federation, where I helped organize championships, summer camps, and hikes, supported dog training sessions, and spent countless hours with these amazing, strong, energetic breeds. Additionally, I have several years of experience working with and taking care of horses, which taught me building deep connections with patience and adapting to each animal’s unique needs.

My Current Setup

I live in the Groenoord neighborhood in Leiden - a peaceful area with plenty of green spaces where I often see happy doggos on their daily walks. As a software engineer, I work mostly from home (with occasional office days), which allows me the flexibility to dedicate time and attention to your pets.

My home has two levels, with an open-plan ground floor, providing plenty of space for a furry friend to relax. While I don’t have a fenced garden, there’s a small open terrace and a communal green playground right in front of the house.

Services & Approach

I’m currently offering Dog Walking, Doggy Daycare and Dog Boarding to ensure I provide the best care and attention to your pet in the safe environment. I believe in taking things step by step, learning from each pet and their owner.

I aim to mirror the care and routines they’re used to, respect their needs, and keep open communication so we’re always aligned. My goal is to establish trust so you feel confident that your pet is in good hands.

I also believe in being transparent about my capabilities. At this stage, I’m not yet ready to care for dogs with major behavioral challenges.

However, I am comfortable handling large and active dogs, especially those who need extra attention, training support, or mental stimulation.

📝 Please note, that for Dog Walking I am currently focusing on requests within my neighborhood (<1km). I can happily take care of up to two pets at a time.
