Hi! I’m Sara, originally from France and Sweden and currently living in the Netherlands. I am 20 and currently doing a psychology bachelor. I am a big pet lover:) whether it is cats or dogs, I adore them all<3 I have past experience with animals: having a dog and a cat since I was born.  From energetic puppies to shy senior kitties; I can keep them entertained and engaged while still enjosuring their safety. I can also take them on walks because I enjoy walking in the park and playing with them; I would be happy to adjust to your pet's needs and personality:). 

To put it simply my pet experience involves: having taken care of 7 month old pup, she's my new dog, so playing while also trying to train her is ongoing. I also know how to care for senior dogs and give them medication (experience I got from my past dog (16 years old). Both dogs are papillion and look quite similar as you can see in the pictures but are totally different personalities. I have experience with old cats and adolescent cats. I also used to have a rabbit so I know how to clean cages and feed them. I have walking experience from past dogwalking job where I walked two dogs, one chihuahua and one pomeranian together for 30 ish minutes. Of course this can be longer or shorter depending on your dogs needs. 

My motivation in pet sitting derives from my innate affection for animals. Growing up in a family with both dogs and cats taught me how valuable the human-animal bond can be. I adore spending time with pets:), whether for walks, playtime, or simply being present as a companion. Being able to give pet owners peace of mind while also providing their animal pets with the care and attention they require makes this line of work incredibly rewarding for me. 

I am tidy, dependable, and respectful. I will send you numerous photo updates if you desire them:) I'm fluent in English, French, and animal language >. Unfortunately, I cannot speak Dutch. 

I'm super flexible with my schedule and can usually fit into whatever works best for you and your pet. Although I'm usually around in the evenings, there are plenty of days where I'm available mornings and afternoons too, just let me know what you need.

When it comes to dog walks, I'd usually do 20–30 minutes for small dogs, but I'd be more than happy to do longer walks if that's your preference. I love taking dogs on walks in the park or nature reserves — it really gets them some exercise and fresh air.

I also offer home visits to check in on your dog or cat, make sure they're fed, give them some love and attention, or just keep them company. I’m open to helping with light house chores if needed as well. These visits can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour (or more or less, it is totally up to you!).
