Me and my roommate had plans we couldn’t cancel so I messaged Franco, who reacted quickly and professionally. He was communicative and incredibly kind and understanding. He updated me with photos and truly enjoyed being with my cats. I would definitely trust him with caring for them in the near future!"

"Eliza is the best dog sitter you can wish for! super friendly, punctual and takes dog care seriously and excels at it! I was amazed at how professional she was when approaching my request, and I am really happy with my experience. My puppy Mimi has a few typical puppy behaviours that can be not so easy to navigate but Eliza managed wonderfully and carefully followed my instructions. I loved her detailed updates and she made me assured that my baby whippet is getting the care she deserves. I'd genuinely recommend Eliza to anyone who wishes the best for their pet, honestly!! she is amazing! "

She has been a fantastic catsitter. It was the first time we were hiring a catsitter so we were a bit worried, and she was a surprise! Esther has been really kind and we immediately trusted her. Esther visited our house and even stayed longer than we asked so she could spend some time with our cat. She sent photos and videos on a daily basis and updated us everyday.
We will surely hire Esther again next time we need a catsitter.

"Gege is a wonderfully conscientious, considerate and reliable cat feeder. She came and visited our cats once a day and fed and played with them while we were away over the Easter break.
What really impressed us was the ease of arranging everything with Gege from start to finish. When I approached her on Pawshake she came back quickly and proposed a time/day for meet and greet. And then while we were away she sent us photos/videos and an update each day which we love to get but don't always receive with housesitters / cat feeders.
We had a really positive experience with Gege and came home to two happy and well looked after cats. This was the longest we have been away and our first time using a Pawshaker in The Netherlands since moving here from New Zealand last year. It was therefore so fantastic that our first experience with Gege was positive. She is very communicative, positive, considerate and we highly recommend her as a trustworthy and loving pet feeder / sitter! Thank you Gege. :)"

"Mijn twee katjes met allebei een heel ander karakter, verschillende behoeftes en een onbekende die zou oppassen gaven mijn enigszins wat zorgen. Ook was het voor mij de eerste keer dat ik gebruik maakte van een online oppas service/platform.
Esmée was super communicatief en nam deze zorgen weg. Na de kennismakingsgesprek viel ze meteen in de smaak. Kreeg leuke foto’ doorgestuurd en merkte hierbij de aandacht die ze zowel aan Luismi als Luna gaf. Ik zal haar in de toekomst zeker weer boeken!

"Andrea was an excellent pet sitter that immediately, in the first meeting of arrangements, got on well with my cat, and they became good pals front that very same day.

"Dasha hebt ontzettend goed voor de twee katten bezorgd de weken ik was er niet thuis. Ze hebt dagelijks geinformeerd hoe het met ze gaat en filmpjes gestuurd waarin is duidelijk te zien hoe prettig met ze zich voelen. "Grieta is amazing!!
She really loves animals and that comes through in how she is with your pet. She takes the time to make sure they feel loved while you are not there and sends update photos and even videos.
Isaac was very happy and relaxed when I returned. He is an older cat with diabetes and Grieta is great with the injections and making sure he is safe.
I feel that Grieta goes the extra mile and treats your pet like her own. Isaac and I will be sure to be asking Grieta back 😻🐾"
