Hello fellow pet lovers! 
Thank you for taking a look at my profile. I'm Maggy, a 20 years old Portuguese girl, studying in Utrecht.
I've been passionate about animals forever :) I grew up petsitting and walking dogs in my neighood and as I grew older I started working in a Shelter, with animals who had been neglected and had trauma. There I learned about animal behavior and how to attent to your pet's needs!
Two years ago my family decided to get a German Shepherd :) it was the most challenging, beautiful decision we've made and I'm very grateful to all the lessons I took, because now I know how to love big dogs, and accept that they're amazing, and sometimes missunderstood!
I'm in general a very caring person, and I usually take dogs with me everywhere and like to completly involve them in my rotine (morning coffe with a walk, spending the afternoon in a park with my friends). Cats can be more playful at home, or just enjoy some cuddles while I do school work. 
The services that I can provide are dog walking (30min plus) and house sitting in the owners' house. I can admister medication and help with some behavioral issues. I work 3 times a week, 5h shifts so as much as I'd love to always be around your pet, I'm simply not able to.
Regarding the house-sitting situation, I'm respectful towards your home and will do everything to give it back to you, even more clean hahahah! (I have many references that can confirm)
I'm now looking foward to meet your animals, and give them all the love and understanding I'd give to my own (if they weren't so far away).

Cats have already been in my life since I was three, my first cat was my 3rd years old birthday gift :) I used to voluntarily work for animal rights in Turkey as a lawyer as well. I am coming from Istanbul, which is a cat city with thousands of cats everywhere. The ultimate reason of my petsitting is to send the profit I make here to a cat rescue organisation in Turkey :)
I know how to treat a cat, how to spend quality time and make them comfortable around me. For me any cat is adorable and loveable! 
I moved to Utrecht for work and living alone in an area that is surrounded by neighbours' cats :) I love having them around but I also want to spend more time with more cats so that I miss my little missies less until I can bring them here. 
I can come once everyday, give food, change litter, give any kind of medication, also groom them and play with them. I can water plants if needed too. Can't wait to meet new fluffy friends and give them snuggles! 

Hi there, I am half French half Chilean, I moved to Utrecht for work in 2017 and loved it Immediately. I recently moved to a bigger space that also has a garden so allows me to welcome doggy friends, which wasn't the case before. There are also green areas and parks in the neighborhood which allow walks unleashed. 
I was brought up moving a lot but always with pets which taught me more about the happiness, kindness and love they bring you than about the difficulty of travelling and finding dogsitters for a quick weekend getaway so I under the difficulty of choosing someone to take care of your best friend. You can be certain however that they won't be left on their own and they will be well taken care of
I have my own dog, Bubbles who is really the queen of everything. She gets along with all other dogs, is super playful when we're out and very cudly when we're in. She loves sticks and tennis balls, is a super fast runner and will make friends with any other dog she crosses. She also loves a quick dip in the canals on hot afternoons and chasing after ducks (she won’t hurt them and is petrified of geese).
Thankfully I've been able to take her around on roadtrips with me and she's the best mate to do so with so I rarely need to leave her behind.

I am a Lithuanian residing in Utrecht for over 4 years now. I have recently graduated from a master's programme in Literature at Utrecht University and I am currently giving my brain some proper time to synthesize my future life directions.&nbsp;
In the meantime, I have decided to reduce my longing for my most beloved friend - Teris - and therefore temporarily substitute his presence with that of other dogs by signing up for dog walking. I am sure he would not get jealous. Quite the opposite - he would be more than happy to know that I am spending some quality time with my soon-to-be furry friends! The main reason for me not being on this platform before is quite simple: lack of time. Fortunately, at the moment, I have loads of free-time as I do not have to juggle between part-time jobs, internships, and theses writings.&nbsp;
I have never been paid for petsitting, hence I do not have any professional experience within this field. However, I have taken care of my friends' or relatives' dogs before. It happened to be that some of the dogs were very keen on sleeping for days, whereas others would go for longest strolls ever. Luckily, I am either of the two and nothing in between - let me sleep for days or make me walk forever (preferably, with a dog next to me in both of these cases).&nbsp;

Ik woon in Loosdrecht (huis met afgesloten tuin) vlakbij hei en bos met Boxer Ollie en sinds 2020 ook 3 katten: Muis, Mimi en Miep die het uitstekend met elkaar kunnen vinden (het is een verslaving en katten en honden koppelen blijkt een verborgen gave).
Vanwege mijn huidige dierenroedel kan ik helaas geen katten bij mij thuis opvangen. Voor honden(pups) geldt dat ik 1 hond per dag en/of nacht kan ontvangen en dit is afhankelijk van de match met onze Ollie (vast te stellen via een "meet &amp; greet" voorafgaand aan de reserveringsperiode) en de houding van de hond t.o.v. katten. Bij twijfel gewoon even een berichtje sturen ️
Knaagdieren of vogels in een kooi kunnen 100% veilig worden opgevangen aangezien ik beschik over een apart verwarmd en natuurlijk verlicht binnenverblijf (zie foto).&nbsp;
Of je nu voor korte of langere tijd van huis bent of op werkdagen je huisdier niet te lang alleen wilt laten. Ik help je graag omdat ik als geen ander weer hoe lastig het is om (soms op korte termijn) een flexibele en betrouwbare dierenoppas in de buurt te vinden die service en communicatie hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Liever je dierenkind stressvrij in zijn veilige, vertrouwde omgeving laten terwijl het ondertussen alle 1-op-1 aandacht en knuffels krijgt die het verdient? Dat kan met mijn uitgebreide "Pet@Home Service".

In onderling overleg spreken we af wat jouw wensen zijn en hoe ik mijn diensten daarop zo optimaal mogelijk kan afstemmen. 
Als we na telefonisch contact en een eerste, gratis kennismaking tot een overeenkomst komen, dan vul ik een intakeformulier in en ondertekenen we een sleutelcontract. 
Tijdens de gehele oppasperiode ben je uiteraard verzekerd van dagelijkse updates met foto’s en video's via whatsapp.

Hello pet owners! My name is Matilde, I am 22 and I am from Italy. I have been living in the Netherlands for the past 4 years, first in Maastricht as a Bachelor's student and now in Utrecht where I am completing my Master's degree! Throughout my entire life, I have always been used to living with cats! Back home in Italy, my first pet ever was Gina, a crazy (and not so cuddly) beautiful cat which unfortunately passed away one year ago. Nevertheless, I brought my love for cats all the way here to the Netherlands as where I am currrently living, I am also looking after the owners' cat, Norbert! And, now, everytime I go back home to Italy, I go home two a mom and son cat that my mum rescued at the beginning of September! I do not have any prior experience as a petsitter, however, I am sure my love for cats and dogs (and also other animals) is a great start!&nbsp;
I am offering sercive only at the pet(s) owner's home as I am currently living with a cat who does not really like other pets! I am available all days of the week - morning, afternoon, and evening alike - excpet Wednesday afternoon.&nbsp;
About my services: I can play with the pets, give them food and water, and walk them when necessary. I cannot administer medication and/or training.&nbsp;
For home visits (1/2 times a day or overnight stay): I can stay for a total of 2-3 hours with the pets during the home visist. I can also offer overnight stay for how long as it is necessary! During the overnight stay, I will also take care of all the other necessary things in the house, such as mail and plants, cleaning and others depending on the owner's wishes.&nbsp;
Dog walking: I am offering dog walking as well! Dog walks can be as long as the pet owner's suggest it is necessary for their pets! For dog walks, I believe it is best for the pets to go and walk in green areas such as local parks!&nbsp;
Nevertheless, I will always listen to the pet owner's suggestions and I will always accomodate their specific requirements!&nbsp;

Nederlandse biologe met een passie voor dieren. Mijn twee geweldige katten zijn altijd mijn beste vriendjes geweest. Daarnaast had ik vroeger ook ratten, gerbils, muizen, vissen, cavia's, konijnen en voor kortere tijd een hond. Het verzorgen van dieren is altijd een van mijn passies geweest, dus als ik voor iemands katten, honden of andere dieren zorg, neem ik altijd wat extra tijd om met ze te knuffelen en te spelen. Ook heb ik in dierenopvangen in het buitenland gewerkt.&nbsp;
Momenteel woon ik in een gedeelde flat zonder tuin waardoor het onmogelijk is om zelf huisdieren te hebben. Daarom pas ik graag op andermans huisdieren. Ik kan langskomen voor korte en langere bezoeken. Even de planten water geven en de post opbergen is geen probleem. Knuffelen met de kat, hond of andere dieren doe ik ook graag.&nbsp;
Ik kan op elk moment van de dag langskomen om eten te geven, socialiseren, kattenbak schoon te maken enzovoorts. Wat betreft honden uitlaten kan ik in overleg korte of lange afstanden lopen. Dit zal voornamelijk in de buurt zijn omdat ik geen beschikking heb over een auto. Als huisoppas ben ik een schoon persoon, ik laat dingen netjes achter en doe altijd goed de ramen en deuren op slot. Ook kan ik voor de tuin, planten en evt aquaria zorgen (geen ervaring met dit laatste). Laat het me weten als je nog vragen hebt!&nbsp;

I'm a Dutch biologist who loves animals. My two amazing cats have always been my best friends. In addition, I used to have rats, gerbils, mice, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits and for a shorter time a dog. Taking care of animals has always been one of my passions, so if I take care of someone's cats, dogs or other animals I always take some extra time to cuddle and play with them.&nbsp;
At the moment I live in a shared flat without a garden which makes it impossible to have pets myself. Therefore I'd be happy to take care of other people's pets. I can drop by for short and longer visits. Watering plants and storing the mail is no problem. I also like to cuddle with the cat, dog or other animals.
I can come at any time of the day to feed, socialize, clean the litter box and so on.  When it comes to walking dogs, I can walk short or long distances in consultation. This will mainly be in the area because I don't have a car. As a house sitter I am a clean person, I leave things tidy and always lock the windows and doors properly. I work as a nanny so I'm super responsible and I'll make sure that nothing is missing for him/her (going outside, water, food, fun and love) 
I only can petsit on weekends (unless you live also in Hilversum) and I don't have any problem in taking care of any breed of dog or cat (as long as they are not aggressive). If he/she needs a special care or something I need to know please feel free to tell me️

Zusammen mit meiner Freundin, die zuhause einen Weimaraner hatte, passe ich seit Jahren regelmäßig auf Hunde auf, sei es während eines Urlaubs, an einem Wochenende oder für einen Tagesausflug. I grew up with dogs around me, and for the majority of my life had a dog of my own (a Golden Retriever called Lena). Originally from Switzerland, I moved to the Netherlands four years ago to study at University. Although I would love to have a dog of my own again, I don't have enough financial stability for that just yet - thus dog sitting is a great solution for me!  I feel super comfortable around all dogs, big or small, male or female. I am also okay with giving medicine if needed, and would love to try and teach some tricks if you want!  I offer dog walking, home visits, house sitting, doggy daycare, and home dog boarding... I am generally just happy to be around those four-legged energy bundles. Next to that, it's a great way to stay active :-) Below some more information on each service:  Dog walking: I live only a street away from the Catharijnesingel, where it is great to go on walks with dogs! Walking times would range from 30 min to 2 hours, depending on the needs of your dog. Depending on where you live, I am happy to take your dog on walks in their known environment, or explore new areas with them. What is important to me is to align well with you and your dogs needs, and adjust accordingly. I offer one long walk or one to two short walks per day.Home visits: From the centre of Utrecht I can reach most neighbourhoods with a breezy 10 min cycle. On a typical home visit, I would stay between 30 min to 1 hour, where I make sure your pet is in a clean environment, has enough to drink, give food if required, and take your dog(s) outisde to the toilet. Next to that I am happy to spend time playing with your pet, and check that the house is alright (mail, garbage, windows closed, etc.).House sitting: During a house sit I stay at your house while you are gone and make sure your house and your pet(s) are well taken care of. Next to the services of house visits, I would also take your dog(s) on a long walk or two shorter ones (depending on what we agree on). I will make sure your house is clean and not leave the pets alone for more than 3 hours - and of course send daily (photo) updates of your furry friend to you :-). Doggy daycare: I live in an apartment in the city centre where pets are more than welcome! Your dog will be free to move around in my flat, and I will make sure it is safe for them to do so (i.e. nothing to hurt them or that they could ingest). Next to feeding and playing with them, I will take your dog on walks as needed, either (multiple) shorter ones of 30 min or longer ones of 1-2 hours. I live with one roommate who is also happy to be around dogs, but their care will be fully in my hands. We have no pets of our own. Cats: Unfortunately I am slightly allergic to cats, which means that I can be around them for house visits and sitting, but cannot host them in my own apartment. Home dog boarding: Next to the services of doggy daycare, I will make sure your dog has a comfortable place to sleep where they feel safe. I will make sure that they are not left alone for more than 3 hours, and have enough to eat, drink, play - overall that they have a great time with me! I only board one dog or one "household" of 1-2 dogs at the same time, to make sure I have enough time and attention for them. Cats: Unfortunately I am slightly allergic to cats, which means that I can be around them for house visits and sitting, but cannot host them in my own apartment. Note on my own apartment: I live on the first floor, and the entry stairs are fairly steep - see the photo gallery. If your dog is small I am happy to carry them up and down, but if you have a larger dog they need to be able to walk up and down the stairs themselves.  I am currently doing a Master study in Sustainable Business & Innovation at the UU. Next to being passionate about dogs, I enjoy photography and filmmaking, drawing, sewing, and I am currently learning to rollerskate (it's a slow but steady progress). :-)  As a person, you will usually see me smiling from ear to ear. Hallo!Ik ben Aileen en ben een grote dierenliefhebber. Ik werk in de jeugdzorg en heb daardoor onregelmatige werktijden. Ik heb daardoor veel vrije tijd waarin het mij heerlijk lijkt om met een hond te wandelen of om thuis even langs te komen om hem of haar te verzorgen. Het is voor mij echt gewoon een hobby, om zo mensen uit de brand te helpen, te ontspannen met de dieren en een klein zakcentje bij te verdienen. Het werkt ontzettend rustgevend om met een hond de natuur in te gaan.Ik heb zelf bij mijn ouders de kat die op de foto staat. Verder houd ik ontzettend van honden en zij van mij. Helaas heb ik zelf nog geen hond maar dat is wel een droom van mij. Ik heb altijd een Duitse herder of nova scotia duck tolling retriever gewild. Zodra het kan, neem ik zeker mijn eigen hond!Verder over mijzelf: Ik ben afgestudeerd als Orthopedagoog bij Universiteit Utrecht. Ik ben momenteel werkzaam als pedagogisch medewerker. Hierbij werk ik met jongeren die gedragsproblemen vertonen.Ondanks dat ik misschien niet super veel ervaring heb, ben ik een zeer betrouwbaar persoon die veel liefde te geven heeft aan uw hond of kat.Ik hoop u en uw huisdier snel te zien!
