I moved to Amsterdam from Canada a few months ago and have been loving it! As an experienced cat and dog sitter, I'd love to continue doing it here while I look for more permanent work in my field of marketing and communications. I'm an animal lover and fall in love with them wherever I go. It's rare for me to not say hi to any dog or cat I pass on the street here! 
I have cat and dog sat for the last seven years and have plenty of references (I should really gather these into one document for simplicity's sake!)&nbsp;
Since moving to Amsterdam, I have already cared for and watched 12 cats and 3 dogs within about 8 weeks! Heb jij één of meerdere honden (of katten) die (regelmatig) verzorging nodig hebben? Ik help je graag uit de brand! Zondag t/m maandag ben ik de hele dag beschikbaar! De rest van de week ben ik vanaf ±17:00 uur beschikbaar. Ik ga graag een lekker grote ronde lopen, langs de dijk of in het bos, of een lekker stuk fietsen met de hond er naast, mits de hond dit gewend is uiteraard.Katten, konijnen, cavia's, muizen, etc. (en honden uiteraard ook) kan ik voorzien van eten en vermaken met speelgoed (of propjes ;p) en, indien ze dat kunnen waarderen, helemaal plat knuffelen!Sinds mijn 7de ben ik altijd omringd geweest door dieren. Het begon met 1 kat, dat werden er een paar jaar later 2, toen een konijn erbij en later ook een hond (Duitse herder)! Een goede vriendin had vroeger een grote Leonberger waar we veel op pasten. Inmiddels woon ik al lang op mezelf en heb ik muisjes gehad (grotere dieren kon toen niet) en een groot konijn. Op dit moment heb ik 2 katten en pas ik wel eens op honden van familie en vrienden. Katten benaderen me vaak om bij me te komen knuffelen. Ik kan goed met ze omgaan. Ik hou er ook van om met een kat op mijn schoot of een kat naast me te zitten omdat het knus voelt. Als ik in de woonkamer aan het leren ben komen mijn katten ook altijd bij mij liggen.Ik ben ervaren in het verzorgen van katten aangezien ik sinds mijn twaalfde al de kat van mijn oma verzorg als zij op vakantie gaat. Ik kom dan elke dag langs om hem te voeren, de kattenbak te verschonen en natuurlijk om even met hem te knuffelen. Ik vind het belangrijk om contact met de kat te hebben zodat hij zich niet verlaten voelt en natuurlijk om te controleren of alles nog steeds goed gaat met de kat.Ik ben altijd telefonisch bereikbaar en heb een rijbewijs, dus ik kan in noodgevallen uw kat eventueel naar een dierenarts brengen.

Home: I am living in an apartment on a second floor with a balcony and appropriate fence. There is Gebrandy park just in front of the door and Sloterplas lake hundred meters away. 
Services: I am happy to take your dog for a walk on certain days of the week, spend weekend days with it or even dog sit for a couple of days.
If you live nearby, I can also take your dog in the morning. However evening walks are easier for me. Day care is not a problem. I can work from home flexibly, so through the day I will take breaks to play with a dog and go for a walk. If I visit your home, I can also stay there through the day and I am flexible on any other requests, such as bringing in the mail. I treat other homes as mine, therefore I always make sure the doors are locked and everything stays clean. 
I usually go for walks in a park or in nature, where I would spend an hour. If a dog is used to walk and play off leash that is as well not a problem. 
I am a young working professional, looking to have some quality time with your hairy friend. As a family, we had an Irish Wolfhound and now my father got a German Boxer, but they are far away from Amsterdam. Whole my childhood I was surrounded with animals. I trained each of our dogs that we have and with first one completed the training school for large dogs. For myself, I would say I have a good sense for how dog feels and what is on its mind.

It all started when I met my grandmas's cat, Kelly. I was hooked from the first moment. Watching Kelly coming to greet me when I called her name filled me up with joy. After Kelly passed away I didn't have any pets but I was always eager and always have been taking her of my friends' pets. Whether that is a walk in the park, playing hide and seek in the house or chilling on the couch, I enjoy sharing my time with animals and trying to match their energy.
I'm quite flexible. I'm occupied most of the days during early morning and a couple of evenings. I'm mostly available around midday/afternoon onwards. I have no experience about giving medication, but if the instrunctions are clear I could do it. No experience with grooming. No experience with training but I have the energy to learn. During home visits, depending on the day and the time of the day, I coud stay for more than a few hours, if agreed. Upon discussion, I'm willing to do the house chores that need to be done. About dog walks, I could go for a long or a short one, again it depends on the day . Either to the closest park in your neighborhoud or to a park a bit further. I have a small basket on my bike that could carry a small size dog (if the dog is used to sit in bike baskets). About house sittings, again it depends on the day and where the house is located. Dogs love me and I love them! 
I've taken care of my friends and neighbours dogs for the past 10 years and 5 years ago I got my own French Bulldog. I’ve had her since she was a puppy and she is very healthy and well. She does get seasonal allergies sometimes so I have experience giving medication and caring for her skin. I also have experience with dogs going through surgery and can care for sick or recovering dogs. I’m a very playful person with high energy but I also know how to care for timid dogs who need calm energy and reassurance. I love long walks in the park but can adjust walks to your dogs needs and size. I’m firm so can handle most challenging behaviour so your dog’s routine and discipline won’t change around me. I stick to the rules you set! I’m big on energy so even though I’m firm I’ll make sure your dog feels all the love.
I’m a freelance writer who mostly works from home so my schedule is flexible. I have an e-bike so can get to you very quickly and take care of your pet at your home or walk them when you need. I am available mostly during the week however I can do weekends sometimes so feel free to make a request.
I can walk your dog alone or I can walk your dog with mine if your dog prefers company (she’s friendly). I don’t sit dogs at my home as my Frenchie is territorial but I can always come to your place alone to walk or dog sit. My name is Ignacia and I am an italian-chilean citizen living in Amsterdam.
I work full time over the week, but I love to spend my free time around pets.
Since I was a baby I've been surrounded by pets (birds, rabbits, fish, dogs, cats, and more!), and during my last years in highschool and also while in university, I became foster house for a foundation that rescued abandoned dogs from the streets and rehabilitate them for adoption. 
After that, I adopted my dog Beyoncé (yes, her name is Beyoncé ) and we have been traveling this past year until now that we settled in Amsterdam.
I love dogs with all my heart, and I will take care of them as if they were my own, by providing genuine love and joy in every visit
Depending on my full-time job schedule (which varies throughout the week), I could be available during the morning (from 8 am to 1 pm) or afternoon (from 5 pm to 9 pm).
I can take your dog for a walk (if there is any park nearby your house, I can take it there), visit your home to feed your pet (while providing a lot of love), if necessary I can also administrate any medication (injections not though), and even water your plants along the way .
