"Penelope was a fantastic pet and housesitter while we were away. She communicated with us quickly, effectively, and professionally, and was very pleasant to work with. She took excellent care of our dog, and sent just-frequent-enough updates to reassure us that all was going well. She was also a very respectful housesitter.
