Our senior dog, who is usually very timid around strangers, felt an immediate sense of comfort and security with her—a remarkable achievement that we had never experienced before. Marie’s gentle and patient approach was truly impressive. She took the time to understand our dog's unique needs, which helped our pup relax and even seek affection—something we've only dreamt of. Her communication was fantastic, with regular updates and photos that reassured us our beloved pet was in excellent hands. "Britta was absolutely wonderful! She took care of our cat Basjan for two weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is incredibly responsible and thoughtful, regularly sending us photos and videos that gave us complete peace of mind. Britta truly went above and beyond in the care she showed Basjan. "Aiganym was responsible and helpful, we could communicate easily despite being in different time zones, and we got regular updates on our pets from her. We also managed to book the pet sitting fast and everything went smoothly despite being on a short notice. The pets are happy and well cared for.
