"Bernard had het naar zijn bij Hanyu. Het duurde even voordat hij gewend was (zo is Bernard), maar zij had geduld met hem en deed haar best om hem op zijn gemak te laten voelen. Nog elke dag als we naar buiten gaan rent hij richting het huis. De communicatie verliep goed ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden. "

"Everything worked well with Patricia and her partner. My doggie Granny stayed with them for 3 days and she felt like at home. They took really good care of her and they have good connection with animals.
