"Exceptional! We are so happy with the way Fernanda took care of our dog Leo. She came from Amsterdam all the way to Haarlem to pick up and drop off our dog which was huge help. Had a quick intro talk with her to go over our dog's needs and she took care of everything. She took care of our dog for three weeks and I was not worried once. Every day she would send me an update message with pictures and videos and in all of them our dog looked like he was having the best days of his life. Lots of fun, walks, etc. Fernanda went above an beyond and also gave our dog a shower and even washed his bed before returning him to us. So happy with her services and will only go to her with dog boarding requests in the future. Thank you Fernanda"

They both ensured they understood all the dogs needs.
He had a great time there. We got daily updates. They went with our dog to the beach and to various Parks. It was great to know our dog was in good hands while being on holiday. "

"Tweede keer in korte tijd hebben Luca en Tessy bij Hasret gelogeerd. Alweer elke dag veel foto’s en filmpjes en zeer vrolijke honden. Zonder twijfel zitten je honden hier op de beste plek en hoef je je geen zorgen te maken over hoe het met ze gaat. Veel 1-op-1 aandacht en dag en nacht iemand aanwezig. Prijs is hoger dan bij een commercieel pension waar 30 tot 100 honden verblijven maar je krijgt er ook veel meer voor terug. Hier 1 hond per boeking tenzij de honden uit hetzelfde huishouden komen. Je hond zit dus nooit in dezelfde ruimte met een vreemde hond. Uitlaten is 5x per dag een goede wandeling in het park of in de natuur waarbij je hond 100% de aandacht krijgt. Heel wat anders dus dan het commerciële pension waar honden bij mooi weer op de speelweide mogen, bij slecht weer in een hokje blijven en het enige contact met mensen op de voedermomenten is. Bij Hasret alle ruimte in huis en in de tuin en lekker spelen met honden uit de buurt als ze elkaar mogen. Wanneer ze vriendjes hebben gemaakt met andere honden dan worden zelfs de uitlaatmomenten zo afgestemd dat ze elkaar regelmatig kunnen zien. Nogmaals hartelijk dank en tot de volgende keer!!"

"We left our 13yr old golden boy with Tasmin for 6 weeks. This was the longest ever break that we have ever had with our fur ball. When we came back to pick up our dog, he was as happy as we left him with Tasmin thanks to her great care. Tasmin has a very friendly dog of her own and a lovely cat, and you can immediately understand that she is a true animal lover. During the stay, our dog had a small health issue, which Tasmin made us aware quickly and arranged a vet visit at short notice. We are very happy with Tasmin’s service and care for our golden boy. "

"Our old girl Mille had a wonderful stay with Agustina and Eric. They are both warm, caring and thoughtful dog sitters. Mille was welcomed with open arms and Agustina and Eric made sure their time together was at the pace which suited Mille the best. Both before and during our absence communication was fast and leaving us assured that Mille was doing well and enjoying her stay.

"Our Balou spent 3 weeks at Jan’s place. It went very well. Jan is very good with dogs. He has knowledge to handle our Balou and we regularly got updates. For Balou it was his first time at someone else’s place but we could see on the videos and pictures how happy he was. Their dog Coco is a very sweet dog. Balou and Coco could get along well.

"Onze jonge kat Bobbie heeft 5 nachtjes bij Esther gelogeerd. Het was voor ons de eerste keer, dus natuurlijk best spannend. Het contact met Esther verliep direct prettig. We hebben samen met Bobbie eerst kennisgemaakt met Esther en haar vriend Thijme. Dat voelde gelijk goed en vertrouwd!
We kregen elke dag een update met foto's en filmpjes van een blije en ontspannen Bobbie. Dat vonden we echt geweldig! We zijn dan ook erg blij dat Bobbie in de zomer weer mag komen logeren en dat wij met een gerust hart op vakantie kunnen gaan. "
