More than a year and a half ago I started my dream of having a dog care company. Since I was little I have always liked animals, but much more towards dogs. I have grown up in a family where we have always had dogs and I have always been close to them. For almost 4 years, I have my own dog son, a large 45kg Labrador Mastiff. Since he is with us, I have even more concern and love for the dogs and their well-being.
From these feelings, I decided to be dog sitter. Within dog care, I also offer dog walking and brushing. I also have quite flexible hours. I have no problem if someone cancels me at the last minute for some important reason. I am always open to receive requests for tours or any type of service that I offer. I love dogs and I look for the best for them, their well-being, love and happiness.
Normally I accept all types of dogs, regardless of their age, weight or breed. All are well received. I also highlight that I am specialized in large dogs since I have a large dog and I know how to handle it.

Hi, my name is Alessandra, I am an IT student at InHolland University and I live in Haarlem Noord with my boyfriend Corey.&nbsp;
I am Brazilian and he is American, we are 29 years old.&nbsp;
Corey works from home most of the days and I study from home sometimes as well. So they would have company almost 24/7.
I was raised surrounded by pets and I always loved it, When I was a kid my dream was to become a Vet. And since I grow up I always wanted to have my own pet but that has not been possible yet. For that reason, I have become a pet sitter, that way I can spend time with people's pets giving them love and playing with them, trying to make this moment the best possible for them, so they can forget that they are away from their loved ones.

We usually spend most of the day with them, play with them and Give them a lot of cuddling and attention. We send you daily updates and many cute pictures of your pet as well.&nbsp;
40 Euros for day for one dog and 30 extra in case it is two dogs from the same family. The stay is up to 24 hours counting at the moment the dog is dropped off here.

HOME VISIT - 13 euros for the visit and 25 for two visits on the same day.
I go to your home to check on your cat, play with them for a little bit, feed them and give them some love. Of course, clean their little box if necessary as well. I will definitely send you some pictures.&nbsp;


DOG WALK- 13 euros ( I only accept addresses in a range of 5-7 minutes from 2031VN – Haarlem).
I go to your place, I will give them some love and take them for a 30 minutes walk, If they are allowed to be off the leash I will make sure that they will get tired and ready to relax once they are back home.

I have been pet sitting and dog walking here in Haarlem for friends and neighbors these past 10 years. I adore all animal energy - both domestic and wild. I want to spend my time doing something that brings me joy and that is why I joined this site. I have two precious cats of my own. They prevent me from bringing dogs or other animals into "their" space, but I am happy to pet sit and take your dog(s) out for walks. And cuddle your cats. Your dog will not be walked with other dogs, so they will get my total attention.
I am available for dog walking Monday through Friday afternoons. I'm happy to walk your dog for 30 to 60 minutes. Weekends are also possible with advance notice.
I am available to do home visits up to three times per day (morning, afternoon, and evening), with visiting times anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. If you are on holiday I can also water your plants and garden, and pick up your mail. I will also vacuum and do a light dusting the day before your return so you don't return to a house full of fur and dust bunnies.

I have a lifetime of experience, as I grew up with dogs (and the occasional cat) as part of the family. After losing my own beloved canine roommate, Finn, a couple of years ago, I have a pet-sized hole in my life and decided that petsitting would be a great way to share the love until I feel ready to bring a new friend home.&nbsp;
I live in a one-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam, a short 3-minute walk to the Vondelpark. I have two dog beds and towels for drying off after rainy outings plus a basket of toys for supervised play. Much of your dog’s activity will be centered around outdoor adventures in the park and around the neighborhood. I work part-time from home so your dog will have regular company. I have a small balcony overlooking the street, which provides entertainment as well. Unfortunately, my place is not equipped for cats, but I am available for home visits and/or housesitting for your feline friends.&nbsp;
I believe that a tired pet is a happy pet, so lots of walking and playing as part of my time with them is key. For dogs in particular, I know that it is an important factor in helping them to be confident, calm, and to trust me as a part of their pack. Walks and/or home visits are a minimum of one hour. For home stays, I provide a minimum of two big walks per day and shorter walks for bathroom breaks as necessary. &nbsp;
I have experience with pets of all ages, from kittens and puppies to senior animals that may need medication or a slower pace. I'm available for home visits, walks, housesitting and in-home stays. (Regarding in-home stays: my place is on the first floor, so it may not be ideal for dogs that find stairs difficult.)

Slightly Longer About Me:
I'm a student at the UvA, from Poland, living in the centre of Haarlem. There's always been a pet (or pets) in my home and in my life until my last dog passed away and I moved to the Netherlands for my studies. I miss animals dearly, so taking care of yours will be a pleasure.&nbsp;
I have experience with cats, dogs, rodents (and can probably figure out fish); both long- and short-term. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter back in Poland (Ciapkowo) where I went through training. I can deal with very difficult dogs (stubborn, running away, aggressive towards other dogs or people). My own, late husky that I adopted from that shelter was most likely traumatized and it took years for her to learn to not be scared of everybody. With the support of an animal behaviorist, she went from biting every hand that went a little too close and refusing to look at anybody talking to her, to doing tricks, walking with no leash and loving belly rubs.

I can administer medication orally, change bandages and do dog training from complete beginner (sit, stay, lay down, give paw) to intermediate-advanced (touch this with your nose, bring this, left vs. right paw).
I live with a lovely cat, who doesn't mind other pets.
I could already have a pet staying at my house when you contact me (max. 3). I'll notify you about this in case your pet doesn't get along well with other animals.
I do at least three walks per day, each at least 15-20 mins, but of course this can be more, or less, according to your dog's needs.&nbsp;
Since I'm a student that just started their summer vacation, I have a lot of free time I want to use for pet-stitting. I work (part-time) mostly from my house, which isn't too big, so even while I'm not spending dedicated time with your pet, I will be able to supervise them 24/7. If I have to leave the house, I'll take them with me on a bonus walk.
I live with my girlfriend (who also loves animals) in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor. We unfortunately don't have a backyard, but furry guests are allowed to go wherever they want and no couch or bed is off-limits.

My love for animals and nature is big, and spending time taking care of animals is one of the best things ever.

I have five cats here in Haarlem, which I adore and couldn't live without.

I am aware of how difficult it might be to find a trustworthy person to take care of your beloved furry friend while you are away, that's the reason why I'm here: to hopefully help you with some peace of mind during your holidays and/or working days away from home.

I am currently a freelance interior designer in this country and barista every mornings, and I am passionate about animals and they have always been close in my life. I am Spanish and I come from a beautiful island called Ibiza, my family has always had dogs (large dogs) since I was very little, and now some cats, a little wild since we live in the countryside.  But we have always taken care of all of them.
