I left my cat with her for 9 days and I was worried at first because was the first time for me leaving him alone that long, but Chiara calmed me down with her kindness and every photo and video she sent me, and also talking me through of how he was doing. "Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de zorg voor mijn kat. Mariella is een warme, betrouwbare en zeer professionele persoon. Vooraf hebben we eerst een kennismakingsgesprek gehad, waardoor ik meteen een goed gevoel kreeg en wist dat mijn kat in veilige handen was. Mariella was op alles voorbereid , ze vroeg zelfs naar de gegevens van de dierenarts en hield rekening met mogelijke noodgevallen.
Elke dag kreeg ik updates en foto’s, wat mij veel rust en vertrouwen gaf terwijl ik weg was. Je merkt echt dat ze van dieren houdt en met veel zorg, geduld en aandacht met hen omgaat. Mijn kat voelde zich duidelijk op zijn gemak bij haar en was na mijn terugkomst rustig en goed verzorgd.
Ik kan Mariella van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een verantwoordelijke en liefdevolle oppas voor hun huisdier ❤️

"From pictures, we could tell that our cat Tonzie immediately seemed very comfortable with his sitter, and it was lovely to see how happy and relaxed he was after every visit. We left for a longer time, which we usually do not, so we were worried he may not be happy, but this was not the case at all! We also want to thank you for the commitment, as this was 2x a visit for almost 3 weeks.
We received regular picture updates, which gave us great peace of mind and made it clear that he was being well cared for!!
We also really appreciated how thoughtful and considerate they were beyond just taking care of him. Heavenly kept his litter clean, made sure everything he needed was taken care of, and even helped out with little things around the house, such as taking out the trash. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
Most importantly, Tonzie was happy every time they visited, which says it all! We are very grateful for the wonderful care and would happily book again in the future :) "

"Glória is clearly an animal lover - patient, gentle, and genuinely excited to spend time with our (initially very shy) cat. She respected our cat’s boundaries, let her approach at her own pace, and by the second visit they were already playing together.
Communication was spotless: every visit came with quick updates, photos, and a little note about how our cat was doing. When we unexpectedly ran low on food, she offered to pick some up on her way without hesitation, and she even tidied the litter box and surrounding area on her own initiative.
Friendly, responsive, and super proactive - everything you’d hope for in a sitter. We’ll absolutely book Glória & Miguel again and recommend them to anyone who wants total peace of mind while they’re away.❤️"

"We waren heel erg blij met Esther!! Ze heeft heel goed gezorgd voor onze drie katten terwijl wij 9 dagen op vakantie waren. Een van onze katten is een zwerfkat geweest waardoor hij snel bang is maar Esther had veel geduld en wist ze op de juiste wijze te benaderen waardoor hij na een paar dagen lekker met haar op de band zat te kroelen.
