"Wij hebben de opvang aan huis, door Marjolein, als heel plezierig ervaren. Zowel in de communicatie vooraf, als tijdens onze vakantie gaf zij ons een vertrouwd en positief gevoel. Ze is betrokken en heeft hart voor dieren. Onze kat is tijdens onze vakantie goed verzorgd en kreeg even lekker de aandacht. Wij werden dagelijks op de hoogte gebracht met een leuke update en foto's. Wij hebben onze bejaarde kat (dat iets meer zorg nodig heeft) deze zomer twee maal een week met een gerust hart achter kunnen laten. Superleuk om ook updates te krijgen middels foto en filmpjes. "Jenna helped us out when we were going away on a trip for a week. She visited our cats in our home on a daily basis to feed and care for our two cats. She was very flexibile and would do her studies/work at our place so the cats would have someone around for longer. She sent us pictures of them every day so we could still be in touch with them remotely!
Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend her to others. We will definitely book her again for our next trip early next year!"
