Hi there! I am 28 years old, originally from the UK but have been living in the Netherlands for the past 4 and a half years.
I have grown up around a variety of animals my whole life; dogs, cats, horses and farm animals. I have been riding horses ever since I could walk! 
I want to offer my services for dogs, cats and horses locally in the Weert area. I have taken care of these kinds of animals for their owners when I lived back home in the UK, which ranged from holiday cover, to more of a permanent help, so I am open to options! As a girl that came from the farm and having spent my whole life around animals I am missing being around them, and the peace they can bring to you.

Als vrijwilliger bij het dierenasiel doornakkers in Eindhoven ben ik inmiddels een ervaren opvangadres.
Al meer dan 10 jaar zijn met name kittens maar ook honden meer dan welkom geweest en hebben vanuit mijn opvang een nieuw baasje gevonden.
Vanaf 1 januari 2022 zijn de werkzaamheden van het asiel de doornakkers grotendeels beeindigd en daarmee dus ook de aanvoer van dieren die tijdelijke opvang en socialisatie nodig hebben.
Dit opvang werk heb ik altijd met veel plezier gedaan en ben benieuwd of er mensen op deze site zijn die ik hier mee kan helpen. Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar honden en katten waarbij leeftijd en geslacht niet zo belangrijk zijn. Dieren met agressief gedrag sla ik over ik ben er om te helpen, niet om uw huisdier op te voeden.
Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar honden uitlaten 1 of 2 keer per dag. Bij een klik is uw huisdier, hond of kat, ook welkom om hier te overnachten. Mocht u meerdere huisdieren hebben dan zijn ze allemaal welkom maar in principe is het privé oppas. 
Zelf hebben we een kater op leeftijd die andere gastdieren gewend is en zich dan terugtrekt tot de kust weer vrij is.
Indien er een solo opvang kat in huis is dan wordt hij socialer en trekken ze na een paar dagen gezellig samen op.
In huis en rondom het huis is er voldoende ruimte. Katten kunnen niet naar buiten in verband met de tuin die niet afgezet kan worden.
Honden kunnen in de ruime tuin heerlijk los. De tuin is goed af te schermen.
Een fijne lange wandeling in het bos is goed voor mens en dier dus daar vinden we zeker ook een match.
Dus uw hond of kat is welkom voor korte tijd of langere tijd.
