They were incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure my cats were happy and comfortable. Hoewel het maar om één dag ging, voelde het meteen goed om mijn kat achter te laten bij Irene. Vanaf het eerste contact was de communicatie helder, vriendelijk en professioneel. Ze stelde precies de goede vragen en dacht mee over wat mijn kat nodig had.
Op de dag zelf kreeg ik een paar lieve updates met foto’s, en het was overduidelijk dat mijn kat zich op haar gemak voelde. Irene heeft echt hart voor dieren, dat merk je aan alles. Ze nam de tijd, was betrouwbaar op het afgesproken moment en liet alles keurig achter.
Voor één dag kan je niet méér wensen, en ik weet nu al dat ik haar de volgende keer weer vraag. Echt een topper!"
