"Mijn twee katjes met allebei een heel ander karakter, verschillende behoeftes en een onbekende die zou oppassen gaven mijn enigszins wat zorgen. Ook was het voor mij de eerste keer dat ik gebruik maakte van een online oppas service/platform.
Esmée was super communicatief en nam deze zorgen weg. Na de kennismakingsgesprek viel ze meteen in de smaak. Kreeg leuke foto’ doorgestuurd en merkte hierbij de aandacht die ze zowel aan Luismi als Luna gaf. Ik zal haar in de toekomst zeker weer boeken!

"Esteban came to spend some time with our two rescue dogs when I had a long day out. He came for a meet and greet beforehand and was calm and kind with our dogs and great to speak with. He is clearly understanding of the unique personalities and demands of different dogs which is so reassuring. I had some specific instructions/requests for the day and he followed them to the letter, and sent photos and videos of our pups. I’ll definitely ask Esteban to help us again in the future. "

"I required last minute care for my cat who needed supervision after being in a fragile state from an incident. Me and my roommate had plans we couldn’t cancel so I messaged Franco, who reacted quickly and professionally. He was communicative and incredibly kind and understanding. He updated me with photos and truly enjoyed being with my cats. I would definitely trust him with caring for them in the near future!"

"Wat een genot voor onze kat om Desiré 3 weken over de vloer te hebben! Bij terugkomst was onze kat ontspannen, goed verzorgd en lekker zacht van al het kammen. Ook het huis en de vissen zijn netjes verzorgd. Desiré is erg verantwoordelijk. Zij komt afspraken na en is bereid om een stapje extra te zetten. Tussendoor kregen we regelmatig een prachtige foto’s en updates. Wij laten de kat en het huis de komende keer weer met een gerust hart aan haar over."

She has been a fantastic catsitter. It was the first time we were hiring a catsitter so we were a bit worried, and she was a surprise! Esther has been really kind and we immediately trusted her. Esther visited our house and even stayed longer than we asked so she could spend some time with our cat. She sent photos and videos on a daily basis and updated us everyday.
We will surely hire Esther again next time we need a catsitter.
