I am a single mom of two pre-tweens living in the center of Delft just a couple of minutes walk from the station.&nbsp;
We pet sit for others helping to fill our love for furry creatures as travel isnt suitable for owning a pet right now. My scheduled is updated regularly here as best to my foresight.&nbsp;My eldest has a light allergy to various pet hair so let's discuss what types are a good match.&nbsp;
I prefer vaccinated, fully house trianed, and chipped animals.&nbsp;
Cats need to be kept indoors in this busy neighborhood.&nbsp;
Dogs get walked every 2-3 hours as this is when I take my work-from-home breaks. I am happy to help with feeding them too.&nbsp;
Bonus: I am available to pet sit in your home on days when child-less. I am available in Delft, Hague or Rotterdam. I can also help with your post, plants, and any other basic house upkeep while you are away.&nbsp;

THE HOW: My services include: walking your pet, taking care of your pet for a day or even overnight at your home. Unfortunately, I do not offer my house for pets because pets are not allowed in my housing. 
For walking, I can meet you directly at your door or any meeting point at your convenience. My preferred time is between 8.00-17.00, but times after that can be arranged. Feel free to let me know if your pet has a preferred specific route!
For home visits, I can take care of your pet at your home as long as there are clear instructions on how to take care of them as each pet has their own needs. Please let me know their routine and schedule as well as their diet.
THE WHY: I understand that having a pet is fulfilling despite the work. I have an American Cocker Spaniel back in the Philippines named Lucas so I know the struggle of being away from your pet. It is anxiety-inducing and there is always a sense of longing. Thus, I am motivated to help other people to feel safe and secure with my pet sitting service! I hope to provide a happy and playful pet experience through personalized pet sitting. I know that each pet has their own needs: playtimes, rest times, and dietary restrictions. I am both caring and careful, understanding the needs of each pet. I really enjoy being hospitable and taking care of animals, plants, and my loved ones. Currently, I hope to gain more experience with pet sitting with my goal to help other pet-owners enjoy life away from their pets - without the anxiety. And at the same time, giving a happy, playful and safe environment for pets because them being away from their owners is hard for them, too!

Hi! My name is Giulia; I am a freelance artist who's dying to meet you four-legged pal! 
Since I moved out of my parents and to the Netherlands, I don't have the space nor permission of my landlord to own pets. There are no more wake up kisses to start my day off, nor the pitter-patter of paws storming down the hallway. My clothes are way too clean, and now I have to take myself on my own walks (Ew.). 
It's very dull to live without pets, but since I don't have the structure to own one, why not help you with yours? You give me the pleasure of their good company, and a little bit of extra income in my monthly budget (I did say I am an artist). 
1. Availability: Usually on most mornings and afternoons during weekdays + Wednesday evenings.
2. Services: I provide long or short walks, company for your pet, playtime and cuddles, no matter how big or small you pet is. I can administer oral medication for dogs, but not injections. I don't administer medication for cats (I got scars to prove why);
3. Home visits: I do daytime visits and, if allowed to bring my laptop and watercolor material, I am available to stay the entire day as I am currently working for myself. I'd say from 9:00 to 17:00, and bring my own lunch. But also shorter visits from 1 hour and onwards are possible. I can also water your plants and bring in any mail, and give attention to your pets throughout the day. I am currently not offering to stay overnight.

4. Walks:  I guess that depends on your dog, how much do they need, their age, their size, etc. I can adjust to their needs, be it a short 30 mins to 2 hours. I'd also adjust my route to your dog's behavior; do they do well in the Delft centre, or somewhere green and less busy like Delftse Hout or Abtswoudse Bos? You let me know, and I will adjust. I always keep them on their leash, and ask for poop bags.

5. House sitting: Are my long home visits considered house-sitting? If so, yes, but I don't intend to stay after 17:30. :)

6. Hosting: Sadly I don't have the space nor permission for bringing in any pets to my home. :(

About me:

I have walked our own family dogs countless times throughout the years, and cat-sitted now and then for a few friends. I am sporty and can do long walks, I love to play with dogs and cats, I am patient and attentive and can play a lot, but I also respect when some pets just want to sit next to you in silence. I grew up with a very grumpy cat who taught me sometimes presence is all you need, and a golden retriever who just could not get enough love; so I learned to behave according to their personality. 
I am also not afraid of big dogs nor cleaning up any messes, and picking up after them (its part of the deal!). I can say I have also gone through the experience of giving dogs oral medicine. Tricky, but also part of the deal. I usually try to hide it in a snack. Sadly I am not available for boarding any pets (landlord rules), but I am offering my services for short and long walls, and also ckecking in on them throughout the day. At the moment I work remotely, so I can also just bring my laptop and painting tools over and spend the day with them! It will be my pleasure.

Mijn naam is Joya en ik woon in Wateringen samen met mijn vriend en uiteraard onze huisdieren:
een Brits Korthaar genaamd Timon, een huis-tuin-en-keukenkat genaamd Truus, een kruising Pincher hond genaamd Pitu en een kruising Labrador hond genaamd Niya.
Ik ben opgegroeid met veel dieren om mij heen en was er ook altijd mee bezig. Dat ik later graag met dieren wilde gaan werken was voor mijn ouders geen verrassing.
In 2013 ben ik dan dus ook afgestudeerd als Paraveterinair dierenartsassistente en ben ik momenteel werkzaam bij een dierenkliniek in Den Haag.
Naast mijn werk als paraveterinair heb ik in 2019 de stap gemaakt om mijn eigen bedrijf te starten genaamd De Kattenvrouw.
Omdat katten mijn grote passie zijn, heb ik mij daarom ook verdiept in hun gedrag en ben ik ook gediplomeerd gedragstherapeut.&nbsp;
Voor gedragsproblemen kunt u mij dus ook benaderen.
Niet alleen voor het oppassen en gedragsproblemen ben ik te benaderen maar ook voor het helpen met de verzorging zoals bijvoorbeeld nagels knippen.
Door het behalen van mijn diploma als paraveterinair kan ik u ook helpen met het toedienen van bijvoorbeeld medicatie, insuline en infusen.
Zelf maak ik ook handleidingen die u erbij kunnen helpen om van vervelende problemen af te komen zoals
bijvoorbeeld een onzindelijke katten of om een kat probleemloos in een reismandje te krijgen
Daarnaast heb ik ook handleidingen hoe u, uw kat kan voorbereiden op gezinsuitbreiding.


Hello dog owners!
I'm from Japan and living in the Netherlands almost 2 years.
I have a 3 years old Shetland sheepdog back in Japan and she lives with my mom now. I miss her a lot and I thought that would be a great idea to share this love with other dogs too.
I got my dog when she was only 3 months old and I trained her everything by myself including toilet, walking, and general commands. So I know how to have a good relationship with dogs.
I had my first dog when I was 6,and l since then I've always lived with animals( dog, hamsters and birds). I can also take care of small animals if you need.

I offer home visits and walks.
Weekdays one time after 17 o'clock.
weekends 2 times in morning and afternoon/evening.
︎Visit - Maximum 1 hour each time. I can feed and play.
︎Walk -Maximum 1 hour but it depends how much your dog needs;)
