Hi there! My name is Liza, and I am currently a master's student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I have some free time during the weekdays and weekends, and I can sit dogs when I am free, so your pets would not be left alone! I live alone in a 55 square meters studio, I care about my living environment so your pets will have clean space to stay overnight!

I am an animal lover, so I would love to be a part-time pet sitter! I have a big dog family back at home, including one mixed-breed boy I rescued from the street and eight bichons! I have rescued one dog 4 years ago from a street, he was left on a street only about 3 months older with bugs all over his body, I took him to a vet and raise him healthy afterwards. I would say I am quite experienced with taking care of dogs; normally, my sister and I would walk them, feed them, and give them showers one by one. Other than that we also give them a trim to style my babies. I learned a lot of things from taking care of them. I become a more patient, carful person. I am always grateful to have them in my life. I'm looking forward to having a good time with your dogs!

I have a cat back home who is almost 2 years old, took him in when he was less than 1 months old. Took care of him and fed him, prepared milk from milk powder and fed it multiple times a day :)
I Also had experience taking care of my neighbors &amp; friend's doggo (day care), played, fed and walked him for weeks.

Hi! I'm currently pursuing my master's degree here in Amsterdam. I had to leave my dog (german shepherd) and two cats (both rescue) back at home :( but planning to bring them here soon hopefully. My older cat is 5 years old, an orange chubby girl, named Sophie and I recently rescued my second baby, Sparrow, when she was 2-weeks old, alone and sick :( but I nursed her back to health and now she’s doing great!My dog, Brave, is my third german shepperd, he is now a 4-year-old handsome shepperd. I spent my teenagehood with a family dog and, later as an adult, was the owner of two pet rats. Pursuing my interest in interacting with animals, I worked for Dogchill (a Ukrainian dog-walking and pet-sitting agency) as a freelancer for a year, regularly doing 1:1 walks with 6 different dogs (including one reactive dog and one with aggression towards other dogs). Additionally, I occasionally did pet-sitting visits to one cat. After I moved to the Netherlands, I had a short but very insightful period of several days working in a doggy daycare, interacting with dogs and managing the group dynamic.&nbsp;

I have always loved dogs. I recently also have developned a strong feeling to cats :-).&nbsp; So don't ask me to chose please!As a child i had a lovely small dog who was my best friend. My second dog was a a bigger one and we spent a lot of hours outdoors, walking and running around the lake. Best time ever, especially during the winter holidays, with snow.&nbsp;Later on I had a  lovely character (stubborn and confident) Daschund/ tekel for 17 years!
Since we lost her I did not want to have another dog. Now Pawshake allows me to have contact with many dogs and appreciate the time together. &nbsp;I love walking and walk anyhow regularly. Being outside keeps me sane. I am also quite an active person so dog walker is a perfect  job for me :-).  I work often at home  so am quite flexible with locations and working hours during the week and weekends.A walk is for me a minimum 30 min outside, walking in a&nbsp; tempo to cover a proper distance (2.5 km then). On demand i can make it longer for young active dogs or shorter for older ones.&nbsp;I have a big living room where the animals stay. I work&nbsp; regularly from home and are flexible. This is why i can combine work with dog/ cat sitting.&nbsp;For a small play break I also have a garden&nbsp; where we can play and enjoy the sun in the summer.&nbsp;I am very picky with food  so you can be sure I would not feed your dog any human food.&nbsp; If neede I can apply medication or brush their teeth.&nbsp;I only take care of fully vaccinated animals.My household consistently of myself with my partner and our 5 year old&nbsp; daughter. She is used to cats and loves dogs but is a bit afraid.&nbsp; I would love to show her dogs are sweet so she can&nbsp; overcome her fears. She is sweet with dogs she is already familira with, calm and patient.
