Hello, I'm May, and I love animals! I grew up with cats, crows, and chameleons, and looked after my friends' and neighbours' dogs. 

I have a many years of pet sitting experience, for friends, family, and more recently as a professional pet sitter in Australia. I know how much a pet is an important part of any family, and would love to help look after yours while you're away.

I have mostly looked after cats and dogs, and once some friendly chickens, and I am very reliable and communicative with pet owners. I've also volunteered at an animal shelter, so I have experience giving medicine and befriending shy animals. I work remotely, so I have a lot of free time to look after pets and give them plenty of attention if they need it. I'm not able to host pets at my own home as they are unfortunately not allowed, but I know of plenty of green spaces around Maastricht which are perfect for walks.

As for my personal background, I am (mostly) from Scotland, but grew up and lived all around the world. I studied for my masters in Maastricht and fell in love with the city, so I decided to stay for a few more years, working part time, and then as an R&D Scientist. Currently I am a freelance English editor for scientific articles.
