Hello everyone! I am Lee. Three years ago I moved to Almere with my partner. Before that, we spent six years in Hilversum, where I discovered Pawshake and have been doing my sitter job for quite some time (privately and also through Pawshake but didn't have the old records anymore). I met many fantastic people and their cool pets, which I enjoyed so much. Therefore, after finishing my university life and moving house, I decide to do the sitter again to continue my passion!

Since I work at home and my partner is a freelancer, we spend most of the time at home. We are basically available all the time. So you are free to come to us at any time, or last minute before your travel.  

I have adopted several cats since high school. Even the eldest one lives well now in my home country. So I know by heart how cats meet and get used to a new person. Each cat is different and unique in their characters and I am very patient with learning and adapting my behavior.

I have experiences caring for elder cats; cats having IBD; cats with sensitive temperaments including those who may be shy, easily stressed, or slow to warm up to new people. So I can professionally monitor their health conditions for you. In the cases of vomiting, no appetite, or cat not performing in the normal way, I contact you immediately and help with transporting to hospital if necessary. During each visit, I not only feed the cats but also clean the litter boxes, refill fresh water, groom the cats and play with them. I make sure they are emotionally happy and well, which is more important than feeling full in the belly. I will keep you updated with photos and videos during each visit. 

There are more I can do to make sure each visit is tailored to your needs: Whether you have multiple cats, lots of plants to water, other small pets at home or even outdoor animals, or your cats need medicine or extra cleaning, we can handle it all! These special tasks come with just a small add-on fee, keeping my services fair, flexible, and fully focused on giving your pets the care they deserve.  

We also offer home boarding for cats ONLY. I clean my home regularly to make sure they can stay at ease, more importantly, not feeling threatened by the smell of other animals (for examples, some cats really care about this). Contact me for detailed photos, and you’re always welcome to bring your cats by first so they can explore and get comfortable. To ensure your cats feel safe and well cared for, we only accept one family's cats at a time. They are not only babies in your eyes, but also in mine!
