Hi! We are Ruben and Arantza.  

As dog owners, we understand the importance of feeling confident that your furry friend is in good hands while you're away! 🐾 Welcome to our Pet & Breakfast, where your dog will enjoy long walks, cozy bedding, personalized attention and plenty of playtime in a safe and loving environment. We strive to make your dog's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! 🐶 

About five years ago, we adopted a little Yorkie from Mexico, called Gino. Hands down the best decision we ever made. The three of us live in a spacious apartment close to Artis, in The Plantage area, which is the greenest neighboorhoud in Amsterdam. All the parks and greenery around our house make it a true dogs paradise.  

Are you going away for a few days, or perhaps a few weeks? We would love to take care of your dog while you're abroad! 

🌟 What you should know about our Pet & Breakfast 🌟 

Safety is our number one priority: we prioritize your dog's safety above all else. We know how scary it can be to leave your pet in somebody else's hands, but rest assured, we will be extremely vigilant of your dog at all times and treat him as if he were part of the family. Also, your dog will never be or feel alone. Either Arantza or myself, and often both of us, will be working from home daily to keep them company.

Daily updates and photos: we keep you in the loop with daily updates and photos of your dog. Stay connected and reassured while you're away, knowing your furry friend and soon to be influencer is having a great time with us! Arantza and I are both top-notch dog photographers, ask Gino 😜 

Your dog's daily step goal will be met: whether it's through energetic walks, playful activities or outdoor adventures, we ensure they stay active and happy during their stay with us. Tell us your dog's routine, and we'll ensure they receive the same level of exercise. 

Personalized care: every dog is unique. Gino, for instance, is afraid of flies and - for some reason - loves to play with Fanta bottles... That is why we offer customized care to ensure every dog's specific needs are met. Whether it's a special diet, favorite toy, or preferred exercise routine, we are flexible and really take the time to understand each dog.  

Wonderful companionship for your dog: Last but not least, our gentle, friendly and calm Gino (aka el loquito) will quickly become your dog's new best friend. Maybe he'll even be able to teach your dog some Spanish 😜 Gino will definitely get along with your dog, as he is accustomed to all kinds of dogs. Back in Mexico, he lived in a home with over twenty canine companions, which gave him lots of socialization opportunities!
