Hi! I am Isinay and I live in De Kwakel with my husband and our dog Ruby. I truly love spending time with dogs and cats. Before Ruby, we had a cat whom we loved very much and still remember fondly 💕

Before coming to the Netherlands, I worked in shelters for street animals and was involved in helping dogs find their forever homes. Because of this, I also have a lot of experience with rescued dogs and many breeds.

🐶About our dog Ruby

Ruby is a gentle 4-year-old English Setter mix. She gets along very well with other dogs. She is calm, friendly and a little shy at first but very respectful and good at giving other dogs their space. She loves to play and also enjoys having some quiet time on her own.

🐾Daily routine & care

I'm going to work some days, but my husband mostly works from home, so there is almost always someone at home. We don’t leave Ruby alone often, and your dog will be treated just like our own with lots of love, attention, playtime, and cuddles!

We go on 3–4 walks per day, totaling around 1–2 hours. We also have a large garden where dogs can safely enjoy free time.

If your dog doesn’t enjoy long walks or running, that’s absolutely fine. I’m familiar with enrichment activities and we have puzzle toys and snuffle mats for dogs who enjoy mental stimulation.

🏡Our home

We live in a house with a garden in a quiet street in De Kwakel, surrounded by green areas and with a small forest nearby. We also have a car, so transportation is not an issue if needed.

Dogs are welcome to sleep in our bedroom. I’m happy to send photos and videos to keep you updated and give you peace of mind. I know how difficult it can be to leave your loved one with someone else and I always do my best to make both you and your pet feel comfortable!

🐱Cats

| love cats, but unfortunately Ruby can still get a bit excited around them. For this reason, I prefer to take care of cats in their own home.

I am experienced in giving medication to cats, as our previous cat had a heart condition and required special care.
