I'm Shira and I am looking to care for your cats, birds and/or dogs.

I grew up with dogs and rescued many cats throughout my life. When I married, me and my husband took in two small parrots (and recently we adopted two more).

We offer boarding services in our home. If I am not home, my husband is and if he is not home, it is me, so your pet will have a human presence throughout their stay here. 

In terms of experience and knowledge, I had a great dane as a teenager and lots of experiences with stray dogs (I come from Romania and we used to have huge issues with this). I love cats, dogs and parrots' psychology, I treat each individual according to their preferences and needs, I am absolutely fascinated by each animal I meet. Currently I volunteer at DierenThuis, an animal sanctuary, where I mainly work with cats. I can promise that in our home your pet will have the respect and care they deserve.  

We can board a maximum of 2 (paired) parrots at once and one dog or cat at a time. 

Our parrots have their own room, so no unnecessary interaction between our pets will happen.
