Hi, I’m Lara!

I’m based in Zwolle, originally from Germany and I’m a huge cat person. I’ve been looking after cats for friends and family for years and over the past few months I’ve completed several cat sitting jobs here in Zwolle too. I even have two Ragdoll kittens of my own at home.

I offer home visits exclusively for cats, so your cat(s) get to stay in their own space while you’re away. Every visit includes feeding, fresh water, cleaning the litter box and plenty of quality time. I’m also happy to give oral medication if needed, water your plants and collect your post while you’re away.

I’m a calm and patient person who understands that every cat is unique. Whether your cat is playful, independent, shy or more reserved, I always let them decide how much contact they want. I keep my distance when needed and adjust each visit to the individual cat — sometimes that means keeping it shorter and calmer and sometimes it means staying a bit longer if they need more time to warm up.

Each visit usually lasts around 30 minutes. I always send photos and videos during my visits so you can see how your cat is doing and I’ll keep you updated if I notice anything unusual. In case of an emergency, I’ll contact you and your vet straight away and keep you informed every step of the way.

I’m happy to do a free meet and greet first so you can see if we’re a good fit!

I’m still learning Dutch, so I mainly communicate in English, but also speak German. We’ll find a way!
