Hi! I’m a 27-year-old dog lover based in Zaandam, with a deep passion for animals — especially dogs with unique personalities and needs.

I’ve had two dogs in my life. One of them turned out to be extremely challenging — with strong reactivity, guarding behaviors, and difficulty trusting people and other animals. This situation pushed me to commit fully:

I worked with professional trainers, completed dog training courses, tried massage therapy, physio, and spent countless hours educating myself through videos, books, and expert advice.

Even trainers described him as a “special case.” But my consistency, patience, and emotional investment led to real change. Today, at 6 years old, he still has his moments — but he shows amazing progress. I’ve earned his trust, established healthy leadership, and developed a relationship built on clear communication and mutual respect.

Because of this journey, I now have not only hands-on experience but also a solid understanding of dog behavior — especially with dogs that are reactive, sensitive, or misunderstood.
