Having grown up around animals in Austria it only seems natural I see myself pet sitting and waking dogs, an extension of my love for animals. Even though dogs can't communicate like humans can with each other they are super fun, furry and intelligent friends who understand more than one thinks! I personally want to create a calming, loving and friendly environment for all animals, making sure they feel safe and genuinly cared for in their lives. Every single dog is different and has their own personality and quirks, which makes bonding with them and discovering their own unique personality is a rewarding and sometimes a challenge I look forward to. I personally have 6 guinea pigs at home, who get daily cuddles and love as well as a bunch of treats, caring for them has helped realize that all pets deserve to be cared for, given the correct amount of exercise, attention and of course food. For me pet sitting is not a side job, but a part of my day that I can invest meaningful time in and combining responsibility, my love and passion for dogs into something that will make a huge difference in an animals (and owners!) life. I am good at adapting to specific needs, for example paces on a walk or length of the dog is getting tired, as well as implementing sit or playing breaks depending on the dog's age. I am also happy to give pets company at home, cleaning enclosures, feeding them and making sure they have enough enrichment throughout their day!
