Hi! My name is Eleonora, and I am a 28 year old Italian girl living in Den Haag. I've been pet sitting through Pawshake for 1 year now. I am a part-time PhD student and part-time project manager in a biotech company. I enjoy making polymer clay art and taking care of animals in my free time. On this platform, my mission is to create a cozy and stress-free retreat for your beloved furry friends while you’re away 😊 

Here in Den Haag, my family consists of my boyfriend and my two bunnies: Miffy and Molly, which I love with all my heart. I cannot imagine coming home to an empty house, my bunnies are my sunshine and make everyday a special day. So I know how it feels to be far from animals you love so much. So I can assure you I will take care of your animals as if they were mine. I have a preference for small animals, including cats, rabbits, hamsters. My visits consist of cleaning up your pets litter, giving them food, fresh water, and cuddles. I will also make sure you are informed on their wellbeing, by sending you pictures.  

I am calm but playful, patient, gentle and affectionate. During my childhood, I shared my home with different small animals, such as tortoises, rabbits, hamsters, parrots, ducks, geese, and newts (ever heard of them?)- I lived in the countryside. I built very strong connections with my bunnies and ducks, because small pets do give a lot of love and affection, contrarily to what many people think. I really care about animal wellbeing and happiness, and ever since I started on Pawshake, I truly enjoy meeting so many cute sweet animals and help owners feel relaxed when they're on holiday.

I usually communicate in English, but I am on my way to mastering Dutch too! Please note I am available depending how far you are located from my home, as I travel by bike. Feel free to contact me 😊
