Hello! My name is Georgia, and I’m originally from Brisbane, Australia, now living in The Hague.

I’m a qualified social worker with a calm, patient nature, and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I understand how important it is to feel completely at ease leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I aim to provide a safe, gentle, and reliable presence while you’re away.

I have my own cat, Indie, who is a Bengal and truly the sweetest boy. We’ve used Pawshake ourselves and really appreciated how much he enjoys being able to stay relaxed in his own home while we travel. Because of that, I place a strong focus on maintaining your pet’s routine and keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment.

I also have experience caring for dogs. I previously lived with my housemate’s Greyhound, Checkers, an absolutely gorgeous gentle giant, and often looked after him when his owner travelled for work. This gave me a real appreciation for calm, sensitive dogs and the importance of consistency, patience, and a relaxed approach.

I’m attentive, responsible, and happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company. I enjoy spending time outdoors and can provide active walks for dogs, as well as calm and gentle care for more relaxed or shy pets.

I work at a local hotel with a flexible roster, so I’m best suited to occasional bookings, home visits, or pet sitting arranged in advance. I’m always happy to communicate clearly about availability and provide updates while you’re away.
