Hey, welcome to my page!

I'm Vaso, originally from Greece, and I've been living in Utrecht for the past four years. I work in Human Resources during the day, but in my free time, I love doing artistic hobbies like pottery and candles. Over the past year, many of my expat friends have gotten pets (both dogs and cats), and I’ve had the pleasure of pet-sitting for them when they were travelling.

Recently, I spent two weeks caring for the wonderful dog in my profile picture, and that experience made me realize how much joy being around animals brings me. Since my lifestyle doesn’t allow me to adopt my own pet (I work and travel a lot), I decided to start this pet-sitting account instead! 🙈 My friends keep telling me how great it would be to have my own pet, but for now, I’m excited to take care of yours.

I have experience with cats, dogs (ideally well-trained), turtles, and small birds, as we used to have many in my parents' home growing up. I love going for walks but tend to get a bit lazy when I’m by myself, so I’d really enjoy having some furry company. Once we're out, time doesn’t matter to me! 🚶‍♀️

I speak English and Greek fluently, and I’m at an intermediate level in Dutch and Spanish. I’ll do my best to communicate in any of these languages if needed.

I’m looking forward to meeting more furry friends, and who knows, maybe one day I’ll adopt my own! 💙
