Hi, I’m Julia! I’m 26 and originally from Germany. I moved to Utrecht about a year and a half ago for my master’s studies. Mijn Nederlands is nog in ontwikkeling, ik begrijp het goed en probeer steeds meer te spreken, dus heb wat geduld met me! 😉

I grew up with cats and I very much miss having animals around in everyday life. There are so many cats in my neighborhood, and I’ve caught myself stopping for basically all of them — which is probably a sign 😄

I’ve also spent a good amount of time with dogs since my partner’s family has a Lagotto and Border Collie, and I’ve looked after friends’ pets, cats and dogs both, whenever they went away.

As a student, my schedule is pretty flexible, and I get around Utrecht by bike, but also have a car available for further travels. In my free time I play tennis, go running, and like doing creative handicrafts and reading when I have a quiet moment.

Growing up with animals, I learned how much responsibility it brings.
I take the reliability very seriously. What I offer are home visits while owners are away, whether that’s a holiday or just a longer day out for feeding, company, walks and attention so your pet isn’t alone all day.

I'm experienced in giving medication such as pills or drops following your instructions, grooming, litter box cleaning, and managing feeding routines (including special diets). I have a car, so urgent vet visits are possible if necessary. I like to stay in touch and update you during the visits by sending photos so you can see how your pet is doing ☺️
