Hello, my name is Óscar! I’m 34 years old and Portuguese. I changed my life and moved to the Netherlands together with my dog, Impo.

Impo came into my life 4 years ago. One day, I went to a shelter in Portugal and saw this beautiful dog that had been abandoned by someone. Today, we are best friends.

I also used to have a cat called Betty, but sadly she passed away 2 years ago. The two of them were best friends as well.

I truly love animals, and I decided to sign up here because, as an expat myself, I know how difficult it can be to find someone trustworthy to take care of our pets.

I am a very organized and responsible person. In my professional career, I am the Head of a Department and I manage 9 people every day, so I know how to deal with responsibility and commitment. I am passionate about everything I do and I always put love and care into it.

I can visit your pet 2 to 3 times per day, clean the litter box, give food and fresh water, and most importantly give lots of love and attention during your absence. I will make sure your cat feels entertained, happy, calm, and cared for at all times. I can also give medication if needed.

I am also very attentive to details and to each animal’s personality. If I feel that your cat is feeling sad, anxious, or missing you more than usual, I will naturally stay closer and give extra attention and affection. During your absence, I will send daily photos and updates about your pet so you can feel relaxed and connected. We can also do video calls during the day so you can see your cat and feel closer to them while you are away.

I’m happy to help you! At the moment, I am only available for cats. If you need someone to look after your cat while you travel, I’m fully available.
