I have shared my life with animals for as long as I can remember, giving me years of hands-on experience in understanding their unique needs, body language, and personalities. Because I am currently away from my own beloved dog, Daisy, due to my ongoing PhD studies here in Den Haag, I have a massive pup-shaped void in my life that I love filling by showering your pets with dedicated care and affection 🫶.

What I Offer:

Home Boarding at My Place

Your dog will be treated like family in a calm, welcoming environment. I stay in a comfortable private room in a shared apartment alongside fellow PhD scholars, making it a quiet and peaceful setting. I am usually at home with the dogs throughout the day. However, as a researcher, I occasionally need to pop over to the institute for 3 to 4 hours. For home boarding, I can only host dogs who are comfortable and calm when left alone for those short stretches so my housemates aren't disturbed.

Cat Check-Ins

For your feline friends, I offer dedicated home check-ins. I don’t just handle the basics like feeding, refreshing water, and cleaning litter boxes, but also dedicate quality time to play, gentle affection, and companionship so they feel comfortable and secure in their own space while you’re away.

Safety & Communication

• I strictly follow your exact instructions, keep dogs securely on-leash during any outdoor potty breaks or walks (unless instructed otherwise) and use my experience to keep pets relaxed and happy.
• Safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities. You will always receive photo updates and quick messages during every visit or throughout their stay, so you know exactly how your companion is doing.
