Hi there! I'm Emily, originally from New Zealand. I work from home with a fully remote job, and have a gorgeous cocker spaniel puppy (Poppy) that has competed five months of weekly puppy then obedience training and is well on her way to being an independent, confident, calm, pooch. I'd love to look after your dog for a few hours, the day, or overnights – or just a walk! I know how hard it can be to navigate caring for your dog when you're needed at the office, or wanting to go away for a day or two. Your dog would have a friend in Poppy, and it would be great for Poppy to have other dogs around for the day – she loves play and rest, and is overjoyed when other dogs are around. Your dog does need to be okay around another dog ☺️ I grew up with cockers spaniels, and in a family of veterinarians (my granddad and now my sister). I love having animals around, and I will care for your precious dogs like they're my own – mind exercises and stimulation, sniff walks, more robust exercise (if appropriate), snuggle time, and gentle reinforcement of training and commands. I am also experienced at caring for dogs who may need special care, such as medication at certain times. Please feel welcome to reach out!
