Hey there!

I would love to take care of your cat, dog, rabbit, guinea pig, bird, or any other animal while you are busy with work, school, or vacation!

Here is a little bit about me:

I'm Laura, and I am a student here in Den Haag. I'm French and have basically lived all around the world!

I love pets and certainly taking care of animals because my entire life I grew up with a dog (a Golden Retriever). Being able to grow up with such a big dog has taught me a lot about dogs and many things regarding responsibility. As for taking care of cats, many of my friends over the years all had cats. This has helped me to understand cats better, and certainly how to take care of them. I also have a great amount of knowledge about guinea pigs, rabbits, or other rodents because I used to have two guinea pigs (sadly both have passed away).

As I am a student I do have to attend classes (only in the mornings from 9:00-11:30 am) but overall I am very flexible with the hours of dog walking. I know how to walk a dog from the experience of my own. The walks will last around 30-45 minutes long. This is really depending on how much your dog can walk. Personally, I love walking dogs so I can go for longer if your dog requires that. Regarding boarding, I will be home the majority of the day with your pet. If I accept your animal, my focus for the few hours or days (depending on how long you leave your pet with me) is to be there for them. I completely understand the stress of leaving your pet behind whilst on holiday, but I will make sure to reduce that stress and take lots of care of them!

I would also be able to do home visits once or twice a day (for at least 30 minutes each visit). During that time, I will make sure to spend a lot of time with your pet like play with your pet, give him or her anything that is needed (food, water, treats, medicine, etc), and walk him or her.

I will also make sure to send many photos and videos of your pet to ensure you that your pet is doing good! I live in a quiet apartment studio alone with a small high-fenced balcony that has enough space for rodents, and cats. Your pets will be allowed to sleep anywhere from the photo I uploaded of my living room.

I live near the station Holland Spoor in Den Haag. I also speak English, French, and a bit of Dutch.
