I’m a Spanish artist and graphic designer, and I’ve been living in the Netherlands for the past eight years. I’ve been looking after pets for many years, starting when I was studying graphic design in Spain and continuing in the Netherlands through [verborgen link]

As a freelance creative, I enjoy having animals around and spending quality time with them. For me, pet sitting is about more than meeting their basic needs. I like being present, getting to know their personalities and helping them feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away.

Cats 🐱

I love spending time with cats and letting them approach me at their own pace. I can brush them, clean their litter trays regularly, and keep their food and water bowls fresh and clean. I also enjoy simply sitting with them while reading or working on my laptop. As they become comfortable, many cats start coming closer, sitting beside me or curling up on my lap. I respect their boundaries and let trust develop naturally.

Dogs 🐶

I adapt walks to each dog’s energy, personality and routine. We can explore their familiar neighbourhood and favourite parks, or head to the beach for a longer walk when suitable. Walks can be around 30 minutes or an hour, depending on the dog and what we agree with the owner. I’m also happy to brush them, play with them and offer treats when appropriate.

Visits and house sitting

I don’t just pop in to feed pets and leave. I enjoy keeping them company and spending meaningful time with them. As a freelancer, I can arrange my schedule around agreed visits and walks. For longer stays or daycare, we can discuss the hours, supervision and how long your pet can comfortably be left alone.

When caring for pets in your home, I’ll respect your space, keep things tidy, secure doors and windows, and follow your instructions carefully. I’ll also send updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing.
