My name is Sophia and animals have always been a natural part of my life. I genuinely love all kinds – from fluffy cats and loyal dogs to even the unexepected ones... like snakes 🐍

I grew up with animals and had a Siamese cat who lived with me for 18 wonderful years, as well as a lively little dachshund. Through them, I’ve learned not just the joys, but also the responsibilities that come with caring for pets – the daily routines, the quiet companionship, the occasional messes, and the unconditional love.I grew up with animals and had a Siamese cat who lived with me for 18 wonderful years, as well as a lively little dachshund. Although I haven't worked as a professional pet sitter before, I've spent years working as a kindergarten teacher and anyone who's worked with little humans knows it takes patience, empathy and quick instincts. All of which come in handy when caring for animals too. 

Over time, I realized that spending time with animals is not only something I enjoy, but something that gives real meaning to my day. Becoming a pet sitter is my way of combining care, calm, and connection – doing something I love, while supporting others who need a trustworthy hand (or paw) when they can’t be there themselves.Over time, I realized that spending time with animals is not only something I enjoy, but something that gives real meaning to my day. I currently live in a small house in Rijsbergen with plenty of space and calm surroundings – the perfect setting for pets who need a little getaway. 

For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, I kindly ask that animals are up to date with their vaccinations before bookings, especially for home stays.
