I grew up on a farm in South Africa, surrounded by horses, cows and many dogs and cats. I moved to the Netherlands two years ago and have just settled in Den Bosch, and honestly, not having animals around is the thing I miss most. My girlfriend has been a Pawshake sitter for a while, and I’ve helped with so many with dog walks, dog sitting and the occasional cat visit. I’ve also looked after a whole farm, with horses, dogs, cats, chickens while the owners were away on holiday so now I have decided it is finally time I start my own account. What I offer Dog walking: 30-60 minute walks on the days I work from home. Day care: Your dog spends the day with me at our flat while I work from home. That means company all day, walks 2–3 times. Drop-in visits: 30 minute visits for cats and small animals: feeding, fresh water, litter, and some attention. House sitting: Including farms, horses and livestock if you’re heading away. Dog runs: If you have a very active dog you can request that I take them on a 5-10km run around the farm lands surrounding Denbosch. I live in a flat, so best suited to small and medium dogs. I work as a market analyst in Eindhoven and work from home on multiple days which is when I’m available for walks and day care. I’m usually free at weekends for house sitting. Otherwise dogs will not be left alone at all, between myself and my girlfriend there will always be somebody with your pet. Sleeping arrangements can be communcated and agreed apon via messages before hand but I am very flexible if there are any special requests. I’d love to meet you and your pet first, so feel free to send a message!
