Hi, I'm Janie! I'm an experienced and adaptable pet lover originally from South Africa, now living in 's-Hertogenbosch. Having grown up with dogs, cats, and horses, animals have always been a central part of my life. I deeply miss my own animal family back home, four dogs and a cat, so caring for your pets brings a genuine piece of home back to me. From high-energy pups to gentle senior animals (my own dog back home is 13!), I know every pet has a unique personality and routine. Above all, I am extremely adaptable- whatever your pet's specific routine, quirks, or needs look like, please feel free to reach out so we can tailor a care plan that fits them perfectly!

What i offer

Dog Sitting at My Home: I host your dog in my home so they can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and cozy environment while you are away.

Dog Walking (30–60 minutes): Whether your dog needs a slow, gentle stroll or an active outing, I adapt completely to their pace. As a runner, I'm also happy to take energetic dogs along for a 3 to 10 km run to burn off extra energy!

Home Visits / Check-ins (30–45 minutes): Perfect for cats or independent pets. Includes feeding, refreshing water, litter box cleanup, medication if needed, and plenty of play or quiet cuddle time at your house.

Pet Suitability & My Environment

Because I live in an apartment, I exclusively host small to medium-sized dogs for sitting at my home to ensure they have plenty of room to feel relaxed and comfortable. For outdoor walks and home check-ins, I am happy to care for dogs of any size! When caring for your pet, they are my full responsibility and absolute first priority - if I go out for a walk/quick grocery run, your dog comes right along with me so they are never left alone in the apartment.

Practical Details & Availability

I offer flexible availability for weekday and weekend walks, check-ins, and dog sitting at my home. Please feel free to contact me directly regarding daycare, home visits, or walking hours. I am fluent in English and proficient in Dutch, so please feel free to communicate in whichever language feels most comfortable for you!
